Enjoy.)CNN’s Jim Acosta was hoping to use the daily White House pressers to embarrass President Donald Trump. After days of being ignored, the Trump-hating journalist finally got his chance. He posed a “rude gotcha” question to the president, thinking he had triumphed. That’s when Trump utterly destroyed him on live TV. You’ll love this.
As we previously reported, the Democrat’s new talking point is meant to make Americans believe President Trump dropped the ball at the beginning of this pandemic. Nancy Pelosi told Americans that Trump was “fiddling” as Americans die. Maxine Waters claimed the president “ignored early warnings” that led to American deaths.
You get the picture. This is a coordinated attack on Trump by his enemies.
Which brings us to CNN’s Jim Acosta. The Trump-hating media also are part of the Democrat network in spreading the same propaganda. The president was well aware of what is going on when he called on Acosta during Monday’s presser.
“Let’s give it a shot,” Trump shrugged as he allowed Acosta to ask his question.
“What do you say to Americans who are upset with you over the way you downplayed this crisis over the last couple of months?” Acosta asked, quoting Trump’s earlier comments and taking them out of context.
“What do you say to Americans who thought you got this wrong?” Acosta said.
“I do want them to stay calm and we are doing a great job,” Trump responded. “If you look at those individual statements, they’re all true. Stay calm, it will go away. You know it is going away. And it will go away. And we’re going to have a great victory.”
Trump then turned on Acosta and CNN, adding, “It’s people like you and CNN that say things like that, that — it’s why people just don’t want to listen to CNN anymore. You can ask a normal question.”
The president went on to say that he wanted to keep Americans calm and allow them the room to navigate the pandemic without causing more panic, adding that if panic were the goal, he could certainly make that happen as well.
“I don’t want panic in the country. I could cause panic much better than even you. I could do much — I would make you look like a minor league player,” Trump said. “But you know what, I don’t want to do that. I want to have our country be calm and strong and fight and win, and it will go away.”
Trump concluded by praising the private companies and leaders who had come together to provide much-needed supplies and disseminate information, taking one last parting shot at Acosta.
“Instead of asking a nasty, snarky question like that, you should ask a real question and other than that, I’m going to go to somebody else,” Trump declared.

Americans also blasted Jim Acosta for being a stooge for the Democrats.
“How many people approve of the kind of spiteful, accusatory questions asked by @Acosta? What is the point of trashing Trump when we are trying to save lives here? Does @acosta not see he stands as his own accuser? That he disgraces himself? That he is WAY out of line?” tweeted David Limbaugh, who is Rush’s younger brother.

“For you messed up leftists out there who don’t understand priorities, no, it was not appropriate for Acosta to play gotcha with Trump instead of asking a question to help move the ball forward in our fight against this disease. Trouble is, our fight is apparently not yours, sadly,” David Limbaugh added.

Now is not the time to score political points. This will backfire on the Democrats and their media cohorts big time.
There is actual evidence that this tactic of trying to disgrace President Trump is already back-firing on the Democratic Party. Dr. Karlyn Borysenko recently admitted she had Trump Derangement Syndrome and had never voted for any Republican.
She claimed it was Nancy Pelosi who caused her to have “an epiphany.” She couldn’t make excuses for what Pelosi and the Democrats were doing during this pandemic. Borysenko is now voting straight GOP. She is also making videos reaching thousands of voters.
That’s just one example of Democrats who are waking up. Americans do not respect those who are spreading panic and fear. We have a long history of backing our Commander in Chief and pulling together in times of crisis.
In the end, the Democrats will realize they made a huge mistake. It will be abundantly clear come November when the American people go to the polls and cast their votes for Trump and the GOP.
