Omar: SCOTUS Justices Are ‘Sexual Predators,’ Abortion Is ‘Healthcare’ – Regrets It

The Supreme Court Justices heard a case on Wednesday regarding abortion rights, and it has Democrats freaking out. It’s all about a Louisana law that requires abortionists to have “admitting priveledges” to a hospital in case of an emergency. This caused Ilhan Omar to make the bogus accusation that Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Clarence Thomas are “sexual predators” and that “abortion is healthcare, and a Constitutional right.” That’s when poor Ilhan was made to regret it.

Rep. Ilhan Omar is spewing disgusting lies about Supreme Court Justices and making wild accusations about abortion as she panders to her far-left supporters. She must be following the playbook of ole Chucky Schumer, who also was caught making threats.

It’s all over a Louisana measure that seems pretty straight forward.  

“The measure requires that doctors who perform abortions have an arrangement called ‘admitting privileges’ at a hospital within 30 miles (48 km) of the clinic. The liberal justices, including the court’s three women, appeared skeptical toward that requirement while the conservative justices seemed more receptive,” Reuters reports.

Those who fight for the lives of unborn babies will tell you about the horror stories where these shoddy abortion clinics have let a woman die after something went wrong. This type of measure would make it so doctors performing the abortions have a hospital nearby to transfer a complicated case.

Schumer attacked Supreme Court Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch. 

“We know what’s at stake,” Chuck Schumer said at a protest on the steps of the Supreme Court. “Over the last three years, women’s reproductive rights have come under attack in a way we haven’t seen in modern history. I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

It seems that spurred Ilhan Omar to launch a similar attack. In a series of tweets, the Minnesota Congresswoman took it too far. “Abortion is healthcare,” Omar posted. “Abortion is a Constitutional right,” she added in another tweet.

“Two accused sexual predators should not be deciding whether or not women have access to healthcare in this country,” Omar tweeted in a third post. We know she is talking about Brett Kavanaugh and Clarence Thomas. We all know about the bogus charges against Kavanaugh, and Justice Thomas was accused too during his confirmation process.

That was enough for Chief Justice John Roberts. He issued a condemnation of these attacks. 

“Justices know that criticism comes with the territory, but threatening statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous,” he said in a statement. “All members of the court will continue to do their job, without fear or favor, from whatever quarter.”

Ilhan also got torched by Americans for her disgraceful remarks. 

“Healthcare is heart bypass surgery to keep a heart beating. Abortion is an intentional act to stop a heart from beating. Healthcare is providing rehabilitative and cognitive treatment to those with disabilities. Abortion is the killing of an unborn child with disabilities,” tweeted Chris Manning.

“No it’s not!! It’s like saying ‘Marrying your brother is legal’, nope!!!” tweeted

“It’s not a US Constitutional right. It’s SCOTUS majority opinion (7-2) that awarded judgement on behalf of Norma McCorvey (aka “Jane Roe”). Constitutional scholars believe Justice Blackmun’s opinion was an interpretive stretch on the 14th, 9th Amendment covering right to abortion,” tweeted Don Riedel.

“Woman accused of violating immigration laws by marrying brother and accused of funneling campaign money to her boyfriend while married should maybe watch where she throws her accusations,” tweeted “Sheepdog Covfefe.”

“Murder, I’m sorry but the word you’re looking for is murder,” tweeted “DontTreadOnChuck.”

It’s looking like the conservative Justices on the court will win.  

The case heard on Wednesday marked the first major abortion dispute since Trump appointed conservatives Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, who replaced Anthony Kennedy.

“Kavanaugh’s questions seemed aligned with Roberts, suggesting he might vote to uphold the Louisiana law on the basis that the facts on the ground are different to Texas while steering clear of overturning the 2016 precedent,” Reuters added. “Gorsuch said nothing during the argument. Conservative Justice Clarence Thomas, who rarely speaks during arguments, was also silent.”

Chief Justice Roberts swinging toward upholding the law spells disaster for the abortion-happy leftists. Ilhan Omar just keeps on digging herself in deeper, and we’d love to see her ousted come November.
