In fact, she thinks he is one of the biggest patriots in America, right up there with George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. “Adam Schiff is so impressive. His knowledge of the law… his passion… his articulateness. His sincerity! He speaks the truth and would make a great president,” Streisand said. Well, that’s when poor Babs got utterly torched by Americans. You’ll love this.
Barbra Streisand is proof that celebrities should stay in their own lanes and refrain from weighing in on issues they have no clue about. The pop icon thinks she’s a Constitutional scholar as she lectures Americans on politics.

Babs may want to pump the breaks. As it stands, only 27 percent of America has a positive opinion of Rep. Schiff, according to YouGov data. Meanwhile, the president’s approval rating has hit all-time highs during the sham impeachment.
This wild declaration from Streisand comes just a month after the two-time Academy Award-winner and apparent Constitutional law expert said that “impeachment is the sober process envisioned by the Founders to counter such a threat” as President Trump.
Streisand followed that whopper by listing six reasons why she thinks Trump should be impeached. Including:
1. Trump bribed and extorted the Ukraine with taxpayer money to investigate a political rival for personal gain.
2. Trump believes he is above the law. He thinks presidents can do anything.
3. Trump threatened a witness, a career diplomat, during the impeachment inquiry.
4. Trump clearly lied and obstructed justice in the Mueller investigation.
5. Trump dismisses intelligence briefings about Russia’s role in undermining our democracy, and repeats Kremlin disinformation on Ukraine.
6. Trump is personally profiting from the presidency, violating the emoluments clause. He charges our government to stay at his resorts.
Well, Americans destroyed poor Babs on social media over her ridiculous remarks on Adam Schiff.

“Schiff’s lies are infamous. He said he had evidence of Russia collusion—he didn’t. He said Trump asked Zelensky to fabricate evidence against Biden—such a thing was not in the call’s transcript. It seems Babs is getting her “truth” from the New York Times, the same publication that claimed there was overwhelming evidence Trump colluded with the Russians.
In December she shared a link to a New York Times op-ed titled “Trump Is the Founders’ Worst Nightmare,” which touted the false narrative that the president engaged in a quid pro quo scheme and likened him to an aspiring tyrant.
“From his blatant attempt to extort Ukraine using taxpayer money for a fake investigation of his political rival, there is question that Trump aspires to be a despot, and impeachment is the sober process envisioned by the Founders to counter such a threat,” Streisand said, sharing that article with her 637,000 Twitter followers.
Celebrities like Barbra Streisand commonly spout the same talking points straight from the anti-Trump media. You’d think after being proven wrong time after time, some of in the Hollywood crowd would wise up. Instead, they double down and spread lies. How else can anyone explain praising someone like Adam Schiff? Barbra Streisand’s long career will be forgotten thanks to her own hubris.
