Rep. Rashida Tlaib issued a bizarre rant on Wednesday to commemorate the 18th anniversary of 9/11. The Michigan Congresswoman claims she was working for an “Arab organization” when she saw the towers get hit. “Our country was being attacked,” Tlaib said. “Soon our phones started to ring with many threatening those at my work and in my community.” But that’s not all. Immediately, Americans let Rashida know they aren’t buying it at all. Don’t miss this.
Rashida Tlaib’s self-serving rant on the 18th anniversary of 9/11 was disingenuous at best. At worse, it was an arrogant display by a woman who has dedicated her life to hate America and Israel. Tlaib decided to post a rant on social media that makes the 9/11 attacks about herself and her place of work at the time, which was a pro-Palestinian organization called ACCESS.
“I will #neverforget 9/11. I was working at a nonprofit Arab American human services organization, ACCESS, while in law school. My day started like any other—until I heard gasps from coworkers in the lunchroom. I rushed in and saw faces of shock facing the television,” Tlaib stated.
“Then we saw a plane hit the second tower and the room erupted in tears and heartbreak. Our country was being attacked. Soon, our phones began to ring with many threatening those at ACCESS and the local community with violence,” she added.
“Still, our communities came together to mourn, to stand in solidarity with fellow Americans across the country, and to reject hate and the terror that comes from it,” Tlaib said. “As we remember all of the lives lost in the horrific attack 18 years ago today, let us remember to not allow this type of violence to divide us, but to stand united. We are stronger together.”

Due to the many news stories dedicated to the real victims and their families this past 9/11, Tlaib’s bizarre rant kind of went unnoticed.
However, after Americans saw Nicholas Horas, Jr. excoriate the “Squad” at the 9/11 Memorial, Rashida’s bizarre rant got some needed attention. Horas sent a direct message to Omar and the “Squad” on Wednesday.
“Madam, objectively speaking, we know who and what was done. There is no uncertainty about that,” he said, referring to Omar’s “some people did something” remarks.
“On that day, 19 Islamic terrorists, members of Al Qaeda, killed over 3,000 people and caused billions in dollars of economic damage,” he said. “Is that clear?”
“But as to whom? I was attacked. Your relatives and friends were attacked. Our constitutional freedoms were attacked, and our nation’s founding on Judeo-Christian principles were attacked. That’s what some people did. Got that now?” he continued, addressing the “Squad” directly.
“We are here today, Congresswoman, to tell you and the ‘Squad’ just who did what to whom. Show respect in honoring them, please,” he added.
"'Some people did something' said a freshman congresswoman from Minnesota…Today I am here to respond to you exactly who did what to whom."

Americans then weighed in on Tlaib’s rant about 9/11, and they weren’t buying it at all.
“Rashida you may say or print whatever. I believe you have a middle east agenda. when push comes to shove you will put your agenda over America. I have lived and worked in the middle east. I have Muslim friends there. The key is the Koran and sharia law. I don’t TRUST you,” tweeted John Blancard.

“Sweetheart, the planes didn’t just fall out of the sky. Why no mention of the people piloting the planes?” asked Twitter user “Michael.”

“Rashida, you aren’t mourning, please stop pretending as the whole Islamic world was and still celebrating, you deeply know what happened on Sept 11 by your fellow Muslims was just an act of obedience to your prophet’s demands in 482 Quranic verses,” posted Twitter user “Riad.”

Rashida Tlaib’s past reads like any radical anti-Semitic pro-Palestinian activist. One of Tlaib’s close friends is CAIR leader Zahra Billoo who has supported Palestinian terrorists attacking Israelis and openly called for the destruction of the Jewish state in a not-so-veiled threat: “From the river to the sea, #Palestine will be free.”
“It is important to note that Tlaib almost certainly owes her victory to Islamist support. She had raised the most money in the 2018 Democratic primary by far — over $1.3 million — almost double the haul of her closest competitor,” reported the Daily Caller. “Tlaib won the primary by a mere 1 percent, and her massive fundraising advantage may well have been the margin of victory.”
So, based on her history, we highly doubt Rashida Tlaib feels “her country” was attacked on 9/11. The Michigan Congresswoman’s heart lies with radical Islamists and her mission is to do all she can to make Israel our enemy along with promoting those who wish to see America destroyed from within.
