First Lady Melania Trump traveled to Lynchburg, Virginia, where she spoke at a town hall meeting about the country’s opioid epidemic. Now, the entire state is talking about what the president’s wife wore for the occasion.

According to The Daily Caller, Melania Trump absolutely shined on Wednesday when she showed up wearing a striking charcoal grey pantsuit during her trip to Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.

The first lady looked flawless as ever during a town hall meeting about the country’s opioid epidemic, as she took the stage in the long sleeve jacket and pants that she paired with a scoop neck black top. She completed the fantastic look with loose hair and black and grey snakeskin high-heels.

“I am here speaking to you in my official capacity as First Lady, but I want you to know I am also here as a mother,” Melania said to a captive audience after receiving a standing ovation. “But rather than lecture you about the dangers of drug abuse as most mothers would — and SHOULD — I am going to tell you what I have learned in this past year because I believe education and learning is key to making the right decisions on your own behalf.”

“I have learned that many people who become addicted to drugs are too ashamed to ask for help,” she added, according to a White House pool report. “I have also learned that addiction is a disease. And like any illness, people need and deserve treatment. We must commit to removing the stigma of shame that comes with addiction and helping change public opinion so that people find evidence-based treatment before it is too late.”

Trump’s comments came as she took part in a wide-ranging town hall conversation at Liberty University as part of an event focused on the opioid addiction crisis. She’s made combating the problem part of her platform, and in remarks at the top of the event, she urged the students to consider fighting the addiction epidemic “an opportunity to save lives.”

“I think, nowadays, it’s much easier to get the drugs. They prescribe, sometimes, too many drugs at once,” she said. “You can see also it’s a black market. It’s very dangerous.”

Trump, who has also taken on the issue of online civility as part of her Be Best platform, also told students that in response to criticism, they should be kind, but “sometimes you need to fight back, I’m sorry.” [Source: The Washington Post]

Melania Trump isn’t the only member of the family to be making the rounds while looking stunning. Ivanka Trump has been visiting schools this week. On Tuesday, the first daughter turned heads in a cream-colored skirt suit during a trip to a local elementary school in Wilder, Idaho.

“Visiting the Wilder School District today with Tim Cook to learn firsthand how they are preparing America’s future workforce using @Apple technology to transform the learning environment and personalize students’ educational experiences based on their unique needs and strengths!” Ivanka tweeted early in the day.

“Great being with Tim Cook in Wilder, ID today and meeting so many exemplary students, teachers and administrators. Apple’s public-private partnership illustrates the power + potential of #Tech to revolutionize education and prepare America’s students for success!” the first daughter wrote on Instagram.

Of course, it was Hillary Clinton who first made the female pantsuit famous, although not because it was a flattering look for her. Melania and Ivanka, on the other hand, looks flawless in whatever they wear. Show the gorgeous women of our first family your support by sharing this post.
