The former bartender mocked a Fox News host wearing a bulletproof vest while he was touring the Southern border. She said it was all a stunt for fake news and claimed Border Patrol officers are “injecting kids with drugs” based on their “national origin.” Well, that’s when she got utterly destroyed, and she never saw it coming. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez really got on people’s nerves last night. AOC has been a clown in the past, but now she has gone too far. The border crisis is not a joke. Good men and women are putting their lives on the line every day down South. In fact, the Democrats refusing to complete the wall and refusing to add additional funds to their budget makes the CBP jobs more dangerous than they should be.
And it’s dimwits like Ocasio-Cortez who are fueling the fire promoting it as fake news. “Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) on Thursday mocked Fox News correspondent Lawrence Jones for wearing a bulletproof vest while reporting from a portion of U.S. Southern border where a shooting had recently occurred,” Breitbart reported.
“Does ‘live from the border’ mean Party City?” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted with photos of Jones in the green vest provided by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). “Fox is really out here doing the most on a budget to make the border look more dangerous than it is,” the freshman congresswoman added.

Following the 29-year-old’s post, Jones appeared on the Fox News Channel, explaining to host Sean Hannity that CBP agents advised that he don the protective garment to keep him safe because “just two months ago, there was a shooting.”
Jones said the agents had told him: “We control this side of the border, but the cartel controls the other side of the border. There’s been gunfights.”
Standing at a pitch-black Southern border, he also explained that officers have to patrol alone many times thanks to the Democrats refusing to take the situation seriously. With no wall, the area they have to patrol is too vast so they are alone which means if they are shot or need help, no one is with them. Yet, AOC thinks it’s hilarious.

“I’ve learned that the United States Border Patrol agents are among the most assaulted law enforcement personnel in the country. There have been 7,542 assaults against agents since 2006, and 30 agents have died in the line of duty since 2003,” said Mark Morgan, the head of the U.S. Border Patrol back in 2016.
Yet, according to AOC, there’s no need to wear a flak jacket while touring the border because there is no crisis. It’s all fake news, she says.
Well, the Fox News reporter who went on the ride along with the Border Patrol gave AOC a challenge. “Congresswoman, I’m sure the Border Patrol Laredo Sector, would be happy to give you a full briefing on the crisis here on the border. How about you join me & see for yourself. We just capture 8 illegals 3 minutes ago. Thankfully they weren’t armed like the others 2 days ago,” tweeted Lawerence Jones.

Then, the ignorant Congresswoman claimed Border Patrol agents were “injecting kids with drugs” based on their “national origin” during a live Instagram session last night, as she continued to lie, saying this is all being done with President Donald Trump’s approval.
“At least I’m not trying to cage children at the border and inject them with drugs. That’s not a mistake, that’s just hatred,” Ocasio-Cortez said in the video posted Wednesday. Well, one very pissed off Border Patrol officer made sure he destroyed her.

How long is this country going to put up with this dimwitted Congresswoman who clearly believes in outrageous conspiracy theories and is spewing her nonsense to her over 3 million followers? Maybe AOC should meet the families that have lost loved ones down on the border. They could school the 29-year-old on the very real dangers down at the border. Then, there are families like Kate Steinle’s who have lost loved ones to illegal aliens. Maybe AOC should tell them there is no crisis.
Even Barack Obama’s former White House officials are on the record saying right now the border crisis is out of control. Ocasio-Cortez should be mandated to take a ride-along at night with Border Patrol. She wouldn’t last 30 minutes before she would be begging for a flak jacket. After two hours, she’d be begging to go home. It’s ignorant members of Congress like AOC who are directly responsible for this crisis. Shame on them, and shame on her.
