Late yesterday afternoon, new information came to light about their fake impeachment probe, and now President Donald Trump’s stellar legal team is ready to crush them. You’ll love this.
Late yesterday afternoon, The New York Times and Los Angeles Times, both seen as the top mainstream newspapers in the country, simultaneously published almost identical hit pieces. They claimed that Speaker Pelosi and Adam Schiff’s “impeachment inquiry” is legally solid and that Trump’s legal team’s letter which excoriated the fake impeachment probe is entirely unconstitutional and sounded more like a “political strategy.”
Yep, you read that right. Remember, the Democrats always accuse their enemies of the very things they are doing.
Indeed, it’s the Democrats who are conducting a fake impeachment probe as their “political strategy.” Both smear pieces also cite “Constitutional scholars” who are just partisan hacks.
However, they gave us valuable insight into why Pelosi and Schiff are really sweating and felt they needed to construct this clown show of a fake “impeachment inquiry.” The New York Times talks about the Bill Clinton impeachment in 1998.
Democrats banked everything on the Mueller report.
“When the Republican-led House took up the [impeachment] matter, it did little original investigating of its own, relying primarily on Mr. Starr’s findings,” New York Times reports. The Starr report was the Special Counsel that investigated former President Bill Clinton prior to his impeachment.
Pelosi and Schiff and their Democrat cohorts were solely relying on the Mueller report to find President Trump guilty of indictable crimes just as the Starr report had done to Clinton. That’s what messed up their big impeachment plan. The Starr report came out on Sept. 9, 1998. Just four weeks later, on October 8, 1998, the House voted to begin the impeachment hearings on Clinton.
The Mueller investigation shot down Democrats’ impeachment dreams. Speaker Pelosi knew she couldn’t take a vote in the House to impeach based on the Mueller report. No, they needed to come up with another scam to claim Trump’s guilty of impeachable offenses and that’s when the bogus Ukraine phone call came to light. Another manufactured scheme.
Now, Trump’s legal team is ready to crush this clown show directed by Nancy Pelosi and Shifty Schiff.
“It’s right there in black-and-white: In article I, section 2, clause 5, our Constitution vests the entirety of the power to call for removal of the president of the United States in a single body — the House. Not in the Speaker of the House. In the House of Representatives. The institution, not one of its members,” former U.S. prosecutor Andy McCarthy reports.
“She is the Speaker. She is not the House. She does not have the authority to call for the president’s removal. She can argue for it, like the other members. She can vote on it, like the other members. But she cannot do it by herself. Only the House, acting as an institution, can do that,” McCarthy adds.
Even the subpoenas the House and their other committees are issuing in regards to this farce are not, in fact, legal subpoenas. The House can only issue subpoenas when the entire body has taken a vote to investigate a matter.
So, when you hear the Democrats bellyache about Trump “obstructing justice” by not complying with their clown show on Capitol Hill, or having any of his officials in the Executive Branch comply, you now know the president is egging them on to take him to court. Nancy Pelosi knows she has zero chance in a legal battle.
“President Donald Trump predicts his impeachment battle with House Democrats will wind up before the U.S. Supreme Court,” Voice of America reported. “The president spoke to reporters Wednesday, a day after the White House says it is refusing to participate in the Democratic-led inquiry into whether he should be impeached.”
It will come down to Speaker Pelosi taking a House vote. She either has to put up or shut up. However, first, she needs the majority of the American people to believe Trump should be impeached. That’s why President Trump is on fire over this latest Fox News poll that we discovered is highly suspect.
Trump blasted Fox News over bad reporting and skewed polls.

It is so different than it used to be. Oh well, I’m President!” Trump tweeted this morning.

Fox News dropped a poll claiming there is 51 percent of Americans who now agree with impeachment. However, when you look into the statistics used by the pollster, you find this poll is slanted for Democrats + 14. What that means is this poll is totally skewed.

Of the 1,003 participants polled, there are 14 percent more Democrats taking the poll than Republicans. So, of course, it claims 51 percent polled agree with impeachment. They are polling many more Democrats than Republicans.
This is why we must all push back against these unfair polls. We all know the polls were heavily skewed in 2016. Fox News publishing such nonsense is feeding right into the Democrat scheme, and it’s up to Trump supporters to share all the facts.
The Constitution is on our side, we have a president who has accomplished extraordinary things, and God willing this impeachment farce will end in utter disaster for those evil Democrats, who care only about keeping their swamp as dirty and as polluted as it’s always been.
