Schiff, who is reeling from his disastrous public impeachment hearings, seemed out of his mind as he attacked President Trump as a “charlatan” and vowed to send him back to the “golden throne he came from” while speaking at the California Democratic Party State Convention in Long Beach. Well, instantly Schiff got destroyed. You’ll love this.
In one of the most bizarre rants to date against President Donald Trump, Adam Schiff vowed to send Trump “back to the golden throne he came from.” The California Democrat appeared unhinged while addressing the Democratic Party State Convention in Long Beach on Saturday.
“Two years ago I stood before you and I urged you to resist and you did, but we are more than a resistance now. We are a majority!” Schiff told attendees.
“We are a majority in one House, and we will become a majority in the other, and we will send that charlatan [President Trump] in the White House back to the golden throne he came from,” the California Democrat continued.
“The most grave threat to the life and health of our democracy comes from within — from a president without ethical compass, without understanding of or devotion to our Constitution. There is nothing more dangerous than an unethical president who believes that he is above the law,” Schiff said.
Earlier Saturday, President Trump lampooned the House intel panel chair, misspelling his name as “Schitt” in a tweet highlighting the Dow Jones Industrial Average surpassing 28,000 for the first time ever. The president tweeted:

The stock market is a clear indication that the impeachment hearings are not being taken seriously by the movers and shakers who work in finance all over the world. You may remember on Election Night 2016 all cable news broadcasts were watching the opening markets in Japan to see how they were reacting. When it became apparent Trump would be the victor, the stock market started to soar knowing a Trump presidency would benefit the economy.
If there was any indication in the impeachment hearings that Trump’s presidency was on the way out, or that the Democrats were negatively impacting his re-election, the stock market would start to go down.
No wonder Schiff is out of his mind. His impeachment quest has become a joke.
Making matters worse for Schiff, on Friday, he was met with harsh criticisms from Republicans and media figures for accusing President Trump of “witness intimidation” in response to the president’s tweet about Yovanovitch as she testified before impeachment investigators.
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) tweeted of Schiff’s claim:
This may be the single most ridiculous claim of the Dem show trial. No, the President’s tweeting is not “witness intimidation.” You may not like the tone of some or even many of his tweets, but it’s absurd to suggest that tweeting is an impeachable “high Crime [or] Misdemeanor.”
As Conservative radio host Mark Levin said:
I swear the media are not only vicious but they are nuts. But for the fact that Schiff read the president’s tweet to the witness during the course of the hearing, she would have not known about the tweet. How the hell is that witness tampering? Furthermore, it clearly hasn’t changed the fact that the witness is testifying willingly and sticking to her script.
Americans also dismissed Schiff as a joke after he made his bizarre rant on Saturday.

Schiff must have also gotten the word about Attorney Bill Barr’s latest remarks. Barr flat-out accused congressional Democrats Friday of “using every tool” to “sabotage” the Trump administration by setting a “dangerous” precedent in implying that the government is illegitimate.
During a speech at the Federalist Society’s dinner in Washington, Barr took aim at the “resistance,” accusing liberal lawmakers of attacking the very foundations of the Constitution.
“I deeply admire the American presidency as a political and constitutional institution,” he began. “Unfortunately over the past several decades, we have seen a steady encroachment on executive authority by the other branches of the government.”
Barr said the “avalanche of subpoenas” and constant attempt to derail appointments by the Trump administration have only served to “incapacitate” the executive branch.
“Immediately after President Trump won the election, opponents inaugurated what they called the ‘resistance’ and they rallied around an explicit strategy of using every tool and maneuver to sabotage the functioning of the executive branch and his administration.”
“The cost of this constant harassment is real,” he continued.
Barr likened the language used by Trump’s opponents to that of groups who attempt to overthrow by a military coup attempt of seized governments. Barr was talking straight to Schiff and his cohorts. This is horrible news for Schiff as he goes into his second week of open hearings starting tomorrow. Stay tuned, we expect more meltdowns by Democrats who clearly made the wrong move when they went down the path to impeachment.
