Whoopi Goldberg can’t handle the truth. That’s why she totally freaked out while discussing impeachment. Goldberg refused to listen to any other point of view. When Meghan McCain attempted to explain the Republicans’ actions, Goldberg cut her off and told her to “shut up for the rest of the show.” But that’s not all. You don’t want to miss this.
This notion that the Democrats have conducted this impeachment process with any type of justice or fair play is comical. Or that the articles of impeachment have any merit is ridiculous.
Well, that’s what Whoopi Goldberg and her fellow cohosts were aggressively arguing on The View. In fact, Golberg is pissed off that the GOP-lead Senate has already basically called the upcoming trial a no brainer.
“I think what’s best for the country is to get this thing over with,” Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham said on Sunday. “I have clearly made up my mind. I’m not trying to hide the fact that I have disdain for the accusations in the process. So I don’t need any witnesses. … I am ready to vote on the underlying articles. I don’t really need to hear a lot of witnesses.”
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell also said he will be working with the president’s attorneys during the trial. This is what ticked off Golberg and the shrews. Their impeachment dream is over, and they are acting like toddlers having a temper tantrum. All Meghan McCain was trying to do was to bring the Republican perspective, and for that, she was told to shut up.
It all started when Sunny Hostin, who touts herself as this informed attorney, tried to make the point that there were Republicans still in the Senate who “voted to impeach Bill Clinton for perjury” but will not impeach Trump.
Hostin could not name a crime the president had done to warrant this impeachment.
Instead, the so-called attorney regurgitated the Democrats’ talking points. She sounded like an idiot. “I can’t believe they won’t vote to impeach and remove a president who clearly wanted to use a foreign government for his own personal benefit to impede our very democracy,” Hostin dramatically declared.
“That is the height of hypocrisy for this Republican-led Senate!” Hostin shouted as the leftwing audience cheered.
McCain sat there through Hostin’s fake outrage, as she listed a fake crime and listened to the entire statement without butting in.
“My job here is not to litigate the ethics of it,” McCain said. “I’m an ABC political analyst along with being a View co-host. My job is to analyze the politics of it. And I’m telling you—”
That’s when Sunny Hostin rudely cut her off. “I’m talking about the people who are Senators,” Hostin said as she kept on talking over McCain.
“Let me talk,” Meghan said. “I let you talk, let me finish.”
Whoopi cut her off, saying, “Here’s what’s happening now.”
“Well, do I get to talk ever?” McCain interjected.
“Girl, please stop talking!” Goldberg snapped as McCain sat there humiliated. “Please stop talking now!”
“No problem,” McCain responded upset. “I won’t talk the rest of the show.”
“I’m OK with that,” Goldberg responded as the audience gasped. “I’m OK with that. If you are going to behave like this.”
Daily Wire’s Ben Shapiro summed this up best: “Nothing says tolerance and diversity like Whoopi Goldberg telling Meghan McCain to shut up after McCain says literally *a* sentence about the political fallout from impeachment. So much sisterhood from Goldberg.”

Obviously, Meghan McCain was attempting to give the shrews a much-needed reality check. However, like the radical Trump-haters they are, they can’t stand to hear any other opinions. They’d rather stay in “Lala land” where Trump is this horrendous dictator and they are the oppressed hungry masses.
It’s utterly ridiculous. Americans see right through this type of nonsense.
For the first time since the media launched the Ukraine Hoax, support for impeachment is underwater in the average of all the polls.
One week ago, according to the RealClearPolitics poll of polls, 48 percent of those polled supported the impeachment and removal of Trump, while 45 percent were opposed. As of today, though, those numbers have flipped around: 46.7 percent support impeachment, while a plurality of 47.3 percent are opposed.
To the surprise of no one who watched the impeachment hearings, it was precisely those hearings that killed support for impeachment. Once the hearings launched, support began to face the pull of gravity that comes with having no evidence to back up your wild accusations.
Congressional Democrats and their media allies charged Trump with everything from “bribery” to “extortion” to a “quid pro quo” to “writing mean tweets.” The problem, though, is no evidence exists to support any wrongdoing of any kind on Trump’s part, and the fact that Ukraine has repeatedly claimed it felt no pressure from Trump pretty much blew away any and all claims of wrongdoing.
How can there be any bribery, extortion, abuse of power, or quid pro quo if Ukraine didn’t even know military aid was put on pause for a time, or if Ukraine felt no pressure to deliver anything?
The answer is that there can’t be, and that’s why these hearings, which the fake media breathlessly covered 24/7, complete with gaslighting narratives about how fatally damaging they were for Trump, actually hurt the impeachment cause.
Angry and bitterly entitled cohosts of The View might float the media’s boat, but the American people believe in and want to see some actual evidence before agreeing to the overturning of a presidential election.
