Showdown At Airport Doesn’t End Well For Romney: Trump Supporters Torch Him

Utah Senator Mitt Romney was waiting for his flight to Washington, D.C. late Tuesday night when Trump supporters questioned his support of Joe Biden and desertion of his own party’s president, Donald Trump. Romney made the mistake of making excuses, and that’s when he got torched. Don’t miss this.

Utah is Trump country, and poor Mitt Romney got reminded of that fact on Tuesday night.

“Supporters of President Trump mocked Sen. Mitt Romney at a Utah airport for not supporting the president ahead of Congress certifying the Electoral College results,” New York Post reports.

In a video posted to Twitter, Romney appears to be waiting for his flight from Salt Lake City to Washington, DC, in the waiting area when an angry woman from Utah approaches him and calls him out for not siding with Trump’s claims of election fraud.

Prior to boarding, a woman walked up and confronted the RINO politician while filming the encounter. Before she could even get a word out, the senator barked at her to put her mask on.

“Don’t tell me what to do,” the brave patriot responded.

“Please put your mask on, you’re required by law to put your mask on in this airport,” Romney scoffs at the woman, who informed him that she is standing six feet away from him.

“Ok, I am going to go ahead and do it because I want to have a chat with you,” she says. “Why aren’t you supporting President Trump?”

“I do support President Trump,” Romney answers. “I’m sorry, I do agree with many of the things he’s for and I support him.”

The woman was unhappy with the answer and continued to press Romney about the election results.

“It’s a long story but it’s a constitutional process and the Constitution is clear,” Romney says. “I will follow the Constitution and I will explain all that when we meet in Congress this week.”

“You were voted in as a conservative to represent the conservative constituents. Period,” the woman barks back.

“Actually, that’s not how the Constitution works,” Romney replies before closing his laptop and walking away.

If the anti-Trump senator thought he’d be safe once he got on his flight, he was dead wrong.

As Romney got on the plane, a chant of “traitor” broke out after a woman yelled for the passengers to let him know what they think. As it dissipated, people began grilling him about why he is betraying his voters.

“We want to know your connection to Burisma and Joe Biden, Mitt Romney,” a woman shouted. “You don’t listen to your constituents!”

Romney has said that efforts to challenge the election results are an “egregious ploy to reject electors may enhance the political ambition of some,” and he said that it “dangerously threatens our Democratic Republic.”

“The congressional power to reject electors is reserved for the most extreme and unusual circumstances. These are far from it,” Romney claimed.

Romney also said that the election being stolen is a “false rumor.”

The good people of Utah won’t forget Mitt Romney. In fact, many are talking about these RINOs’ worst nightmare: a new Trump party that replaces the GOP.

This election has drawn solid lines between those who support Trump’s agenda of America first and those old party elites who refused to “stop the steal.”

These GOP establishment politicians are on notice. We the People will no longer tolerate fake conservatives like Mitt Romney. Twenty-four solid pro-Trump candidates trounced their Democrat opponents in 2020. The president reminded American patriots of this in Washington D.C. on Wednesday morning.

“The election was over at 10 PM on Election Night,” Trump said. “Then, early in the morning—boom—there was an explosion of bull sh*t! And Mitt Romney…I wonder if he enjoyed his flight in?”

The president was addressing a huge crowd of patriots who turned out to attend the “stop the steal” rally in Washington, D.C.

There is one thing we know for sure: American politics will never be the same as a great awakening of patriots are now on the march demanding America remain America and not transform into some third world communist country.
