A group of Antifa protesters attempted to crash one of the biggest motorcycle rallies in the United States. It happens in “Trump country” in the city of Sturgis, South Dakota. Over 350,000 attendees showed up this year, and the vast majority are huge supporters of President Donald Trump. When Antifa protesters tried to crash the event, it did not end well for them. You’ll love this.
We almost had to feel sorry for the Antifa protesters who thought it would be a good idea to crash the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. In fact, the Antifa activists did not think this through clearly at all.
Known just as “Sturgis” to motorcycle enthusiasts, the South Dakota event brings in a ton of revenue to the state. It’s also been known as a haven for Trump supporters since 2016.
You’d think the Antifa brain trust would do a little research and learn that Sturgis draws a huge crowd. The Antifa activists showed up with just a handful of protesters to “crash” the event, and that’s when the irony of all ironies happened.
The pitiful Antifa protesters got surrounded and had to be protected by the cops.
“Video taken from the incident shows a handful of Antifa demonstrators, of course with their faces covered, enter the rally. Police quickly surround the Antifa protesters as thousands of bikers scream at them to leave their event,” The Blaze reports.
According to the Rapid City Journal, more than 350,000 people attended the Sturgis rally this year, the event’s 80th anniversary.
Controversy engulfed the event this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. Critics claimed it was irresponsible to hold an event, which features hundreds of thousands of out-of-state travelers, in the midst of a pandemic, especially because South Dakota has contained COVID-19 with relative success.
However, the city of Sturgis and South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem (R) ultimately allowed the festival to go forward. Noem has made a name for herself by defying the Democrat’s fear-mongering during the pandemic.
“I think what we did here in South Dakota is really remarkable because we gave people their freedom,” she said. “We let the businesses stay open, we let people go to work, we told them to be smart, and we also asked them to be personally responsible. And, we’re seeing benefits of that each and every day in South Dakota.”
Antifa hated that Noem has been successful. Data shows South Dakota has a mere 153 deaths due to COVID. The radical anarchist group claimed Noem was endangering the public by allowing the Sturgis rally to go forward.
Tensions finally got to be too much for Antifa.
Police officers surrounded the small group and allowed them to stand in the street with their signs. Allegedly, one of the “protesters” tried to hit one of the Sturgis Trump supporters, and that’s when the cops took him down and arrested him.
Radio host Mark Levin posted about the event. One Twitter user remarked: “That 15 min Facebook video embedded in there by a good Patriot shows you just how strong the spirit of this country still is. 10 ANTIFA lunatics surrounded by 10,000 Sturgis bikers and the Police protecting the 10 idiots from harm. No chants…no ACAB, ANTIFA got real quiet.”

“Kinda ironic that Antifa needed police protection to get out of Sturgis alive,” noted “Art Taking Back.”

“About 28:30 [in the video] some Antifa dumb a$$ reached out and kicked a biker as he drove by. That was all she wrote. The crowd rushed in to kick his butt, but the cops saved him and escorted him out,” tweeted Glen Archer.

“Nine #Antifa fools thought to protest in #Sturgis. The stupidest person on the planet kicked a biker. Notice who saved his life – the police – whom they want to abolish. The stupidest person on the planet was arrested, and the other 8 escorted out of town by police,” tweeted “Mary K.”

The Sturgis Trump supporters so outnumbered the Antifa protesters, and yet none of them broke through the police line to attack them.
It was the Antifa fool who attempted to hit a biker passing by that started the momentary mayhem. The police officers then start to arrest the fool who tries to resist and the crowd cheers. This proves, by and large, that Trump supporters do not start fights.
It’s also is the most ironic thing we have seen in a long time. The cops, who these activists are trying to defund, save them. They also protect their right to protest even though they are badly outnumbered. You’d think some of the Antifa crowd would start to re-think their radical agenda. We all know that’s just a pipe dream.
The good news is there are far more patriotic Americans than there are radical anarchists, and they will find themselves having a very bad day come this November.
