BLM Founder Demands Hollywood Strike Over Blake Shooting, Gets Epic Smackdown

Black Lives Matter (BLM) co-founder Patrisse Cullors has demanded that the entertainment industry goes on strike in response to the shooting of Jacob Blake, arguing that “Hollywood can really show up in this moment.” Well, that’s when Cullors got an epic smackdown she never saw coming. You’ll love this.

Back in 2015, Patrisse Cullors was caught on video saying that she and her fellow BLM organizers are “trained Marxists” – making clear their movement’s ideological foundation.

Cullors, 36, was the protégé of Eric Mann, former agitator of the Weather Underground domestic terror organization, and spent years absorbing the Marxist-Leninist ideology that shaped her worldview, Breitbart reported.

“We are trained Marxists. We are super-versed on, sort of, ideological theories. And I think that what we really tried to do is build a movement that could be utilized by many, many black folk,” Cullors said.

African-Americans are beginning to learn the truth about this Marxist movement which has nothing to do with “black lives.” Black Americans’ support for President Donald Trump is on the rise with a recent poll claiming 36 percent now approve of the president.

“Today’s @realDonaldTrump approval ratings among black voters: 36% This day last year: 19%,” tweeted Rasmussen.

This brings us to Patrisse Cullors’ latest remarks to the Hollywood crowd.

“I think it’s time for talent, writers, executives, the guild, and SAG to show up for Black lives as well,” Cullors said. “Join this strike. Now is the time and our movement is really looking to unions to step in in a particular way and say ‘We’re going to hold back on allowing for the exploitation and the degradation of Black communities to continue under our watch.’ I think Hollywood can really show up in this moment.”

Cullors, who is also a playwright, made the remarks in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter after the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks boycotted their playoff game on Tuesday after Blake was shot seven times by police. The mainstream media refused to give all the details of Blake’s long criminal history.

Regardless, the strike led to other teams from Major League Basketball, the National Hockey League, and Major League Soccer to join in the boycott. However, these Hollywood and sports elites do not elect the president.

“I think the work that we’re up against right now is to ensure that we can get Trump out of office, but also ensure that we can get the Democratic Party to truly create policies that will make sure that Black people are protected from vigilantes and from police torture,” Cullors added.

The people of Wisconsin, which is one of the swing states needed to wing the election, are not on board with Cullors and BLM.

In fact, Jacob Blake was shot in Kenosha, Wisconsin, which quickly erupted into riots. One man there had a message for all the BLM organizers and their supporters.

“I think Kenosha’s gonna vote for President Trump in the upcoming election,” the Wisconsin resident said. “I think we need him here. We need strong leadership. People that are born and raised here are disgusted and angry with what’s happened.”

Americans reacted to the BLM founder’s call for a Hollywood strike. It was met with utter disdain.

“Libertard marxists eat their own BLM demand Hollywood to strike I agree & totally support Less money for them Less content from them More money & content for other sources,” tweeted “Anon Decoder.”

“You’re really a narcissistic person, shooting was justified AND if you care so damned much, then why aren’t you outraged by the blacks killed by non-whites perps, or are you just a FCKIN shallow person, whom really doesn’t care about the rest of us,” tweeted “Jeffrey2116.”

“Outstanding idea! Rich Hollywood Elites should vow to go and stay on strike for at least 5 years!” tweeted “ItsJosez.”

The feasibility of Cullors’ Hollywood strike demands remains in doubt.

After months of a coronavirus lockdown, the entertainment industry is now gearing itself up to reopening movie theaters. Major networks are also announcing the return of shows and their production.

A Hollywood strike would also inflict major harm on the industry’s economy and further harm already out of work blue-collar workers, many of whom are black, whose livelihood has already been badly affected by the global pandemic.

Patrisse Cullors is just another Marxist who is riding the wave of violence in Democrat-run cities. Americans are soundly rejecting BLM, and we are not fooled into believing that Trump is to blame. The rioting and mayhem are only happening in cities where Democrat mayors refuse the president’s help to stem the violence.
