Cher: ‘GOP Are Accessories to Trump Genocide’ of Kurds, Gets Rude Awakening

Cher took her criticism of President Donald Trump and GOP lawmakers to a new level by making false allegations about a “Trump genocide” of the Kurds in Syria. The pop icon claims we abandoned them to die. This is another Democrat talking point meant to paint the president as a cruel dictator-like figure. In fact, Cher got a rude awakening after the truth about Syria and former President Barack Obama came out. You don’t want to miss this.

Left-wing pop icon Cher took her criticism of Republican lawmakers to another level on Monday, accusing the GOP, in a tweet dripping with falsehoods, of being accessories to President Donald Trump’s “genocide.”

“Spinless GOP Senate & Congress are now accessories 2 Trump’s Genocide!!” Cher said in an all-caps tweet. “Moscow Mitch, Leningrad Lindsey & rest of emasculated GOP, sold their souls 2 help Russia, Turks, Syria, Iran, Saudi’s, Kill [Bomb and casket emoji] Kurds. They’ll go 2 [fire emoji, likely meaning hell] 4 Genocide & I’ll [Dancing lady emoji]. Lindsey, John McCain’s ashamed of u.”

Cher is celebrated for her music and acting prowess, but she may find her Twitter account suspended for spreading fake news.

“According to the Grammy-winning singer, Senators Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) are helping the Russians even though both men wanted President Trump to keep U.S. armed forces in northern Syria to keep the Russians out. Every elected Republican supports Russia, Turkey, Syria, and Iran (and, apparently in this reality, the governments of Turkey and Syria – which routinely refer to each other as ‘terrorists’ – cooperate with each other),” Breitbart reports.

According to Cher, the Saudis are bombing the Kurds. Saudis are going to hell for genocide. And, finally, deceased Sen. John McCain is ashamed of Sen. Graham for opposing Trump’s troop withdrawal. Poor Cher needs a course in current events and American foreign policy. This mess was started back in 2010 by Barack Obama.

Remember when Obama went to the Middle East and started up the “Arab Spring?”

“When President Obama ignited the ‘Islamist Spring’ with his speech in Cairo Egypt, what he really articulated was a shift in U.S. foreign policy to support the Muslim Brotherhood,” Conservative Treehouse reports. “Political Islam, writ large, is represented by The Brotherhood. Turkish President Recep Erdogan sees himself as the modern leader of political Islam using the Brotherhood to recreate the Ottoman Empire.”

That led to a huge mess with the Obama administration backing crazy Islamist regimes. It also led to the Islamic State (ISIS).

“Ben Ali (Tunis), Hosni Mubarak (Egypt) and Khadaffi (Libya), were the first zookeepers removed. Obama’s U.S. foreign policy supported Muslim Brotherhood replacements like Mohamed Morsi in Egypt. However, Obama failed in the effort to remove Bashir Assad in Syria; as a result all extremist factions of the Brotherhood gathered to form ISIS,” CTH adds.

President Trump has been pointing out how incredibly unrealistic NATO has become. Turkey, who the Democrats are all screaming about, is a NATO partner. Yet, Europe will not defend itself, will not kick Erdogan out of NATO, and will not take their own ISIS fighters back for trial and punishment. Instead, the EU demands the U.S. remain as perpetual zookeepers of the entire Middle East.

Additionally, to further provoke antagonism in policy, the EU will not pay for the U.S. to remain as zookeepers and the EU simultaneously fights the U.S. on trade agreements so they can continue their one-way financial benefits.

So what has President Trump decided?  What are the outcomes?

Turkish President Erdogan was going to enter Syria regardless of what the EU, NATO or the U.S. said about it. Erdogan has the support of political Islam, that’s what is important to his objectives. The EU is so weak, they won’t kick Turkey out of NATO.

Ultimately, President Trump is highlighting the reason why the U.S. should withdraw from NATO by spotlighting the insufferable weakness of the assembly. NATO won’t even vote to defend their own interests, so why should the U.S. be their crutch?

That is why President Trump is willing to support Saudi Arabia with more troops while withdrawing from Syria where the U.S. was having to stand alone to protect the interests of Europeans who will not protect themselves.

Trump is making sure America isn’t getting the raw end of a deal while the rest of the free world refuses to help.

Brian Kilmeade over at @foxandfriends got it all wrong,” Trump tweeted. “We are not going into another war between people who have been fighting with each other for 200 years. Europe had a chance to get their ISIS prisoners, but didn’t want the cost.”

“’Let the USA pay,’ they said— Kurds may be releasing some to get us involved. Easily recaptured by Turkey or European Nations from where many came, but they should move quickly. Big sanctions on Turkey coming! Do people really think we should go to war with NATO Member Turkey? Never-ending wars will end!” tweeted Trump.

Americans blasted Cher with facts on the Middle East and this false Democrat narrative.

It is clear that @Cher has absolutely NO understanding of ‘genocide’! Where was Cher when @BarackObama stood silent as ISIS committed genocide on the #Yazidi people? or sought to lift sanctions in #Burma which resulted in even furthered genocide? Cher needs to take a seat!” tweeted Kassandra Moreland.

“The Dems control the house. Maybe they can pass a declaration of war instead of sitting in a SCIF trying to concoct an impeachment of Trump to hide their massive crimes and corruption,” tweeted Deplorable Texan.

“You know, the first thing is that if you’re going to accuse the US of messing up the Middle East, take a hard look at who put US regulars on the ground in Afghanistan and Syria. It wasn’t Trump. It wasn’t even BUSH! IT WAS OBAMA!!!” tweeted “Turtle of Xanth.”

Trump has no legal authority to use our troops against Turkey.

“President Trump has no legal authority to use American troops to protect the Syrian Kurdish population from the government of Turkey, a NATO ally Washington is treaty-bound to defend with its army. American troops are legally present in Syria only to fight the Islamic State, an offshoot of al-Qaeda. Congress gave the president permission to use troops to fight al-Qaeda anywhere in the world in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, jihadist attacks,” Breitbart adds.

President Trump is correctly withdrawing U.S. troops from a position of opposition against a NATO member. Why should the U.S. protect the interests of allies who will not stand up to protect themselves? And for those claiming Trump is this cruel dictator who abandoned our allies, they conveniently forgot Turkey is part of NATO.

Unless Trump stands up for our troops who are not the policemen of the world, NATO and the EU have no reason to make the tough decisions that affect them, much more so than it affects America. We can’t fix the Middle East alone but that’s what Cher and the Democrats are demanding we do.
