Joy Behar, Rosie O’Donnell, and Rob Reiner have been caught looking like utter fools, even going so far as to think Pelosi will be assuming the office of President of the United States real soon. Well, Americans schooled them with the truth. You’ll love this.
When the Founding Fathers started debating the addition of an impeachment clause, it was with their view of a tyrant like King George III. The two most important factors were that the impeachable offenses must rise to “treason, bribery, or high crimes and misdemeanors” and it must be a bipartisan effort.
In the past, with former Presidents Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, the crime element was proven without a doubt. The hardest part of starting “a real impeachment proceeding” is getting over 50% of the House to vote yes.
Right now, there are no official impeachment proceedings happening.
Speaker Pelosi needs 218 votes to move forward. There are 235 Democrats in the House, so on paper Pelosi has the numbers. The problem is the Democrats who won the 2018 midterm in districts that voted for President Trump in 2016. Basically, those Democrats ran as “Blue Dog” Democrats promising their constituents that they backed Trump. There are 26 Blue Dog Democrats in Congress right now.
So, you see Nancy Pelosi is in a pickle.
The Blue Dog Democrats risk getting ousted in 2020 if they go on the Congressional record, voting to start the impeachment process of President Trump. That’s why Pelosi and her Democrat brain trust came up with this plan based on their idea that Americans are too stupid to understand what really is going on.
Pelosi’s main problem is to sway the majority of Americans into thinking Trump should be impeached. That way she can then hold the official vote and the Blue Dog Democrats can tell their constituents they voted based on polls saying the majority of Americans agreed Trump must be impeached.
To sway the American electorate, Pelosi and Schiff decided to play-act a fake impeachment without taking a vote. With the help of their best buddies in the mainstream media, many Americans think we are actually in the middle of official impeachment proceedings.
Hollywood Trump-haters are so stupid, they are celebrating the bogus impeachment proceedings.
We have the dimwitted Hollywood crowd buying in the faux impeachment like Rosie O’Donnell who has been tweeting nonstop about her happiness that Pelosi started the impeachment. The hefty comedian posted her own artwork of Trump with the message: “The end is near.” Twitter user “Steve Trumpolov” told Rosie: “Just stop. You’re embarrassing yourself.”

They are all being gaslighted by Pelosi and Schiff.
Celebrities like Rosie are all on the same page. They all believe impeachment is proceeding in the House and the “end is near.” Some of these celebrities like Rob Reiner actually believe there is a chance Pelosi will become the president.
“Looks like Pence was part of the Ukraine Plot. Third in line for the Presidency: Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Just sayin,” Reiner said. Twitter user “Zip” countered, “You’ve effectively gone from Meat Head to Brain dead. Good luck with that. haha.”

Or we have the shrews of The View who all are rooting for impeachment. For the last few weeks, they all believe Nancy Pelosi has pulled the plug and it’s really happening. Just last Friday, for Joy Behar’s birthday some singer sang “Joy to the World” with the lyrics changed to a sick impeachment tune.

You get the picture. Pelosi’s plan is making headway thanks to the idiots in the Hollywood crowd and those who believe they all know the truth. However, even if Pelosi somehow sways polls that get the Blue Dog Democrats on board, the Founding Fathers made sure that removing a president from office would take overwhelming bipartisan support.
“You are not to be faulted if you think a formal inquest is underway and that legal process has been issued. The misimpression is completely understandable if you have been taking in media coverage,” former U.S. Prosecutor Andy McCarthy reports. “What is portrayed as an ‘impeachment inquiry’ is actually just a made-for-cable-TV political soap opera. The House of Representatives is not conducting a formal impeachment inquiry. To the contrary, congressional Democrats are conducting the 2020 political campaign.”
Every presidential impeachment inquiry, from Andrew Johnson through Bill Clinton, has been the subject of bipartisan consultation and debate. The House has recognized that its legitimacy, and the legitimacy of its most solemn actions, must be based on the consideration of the whole body, not the diktat of a few partisan bosses.
Not this one. This one is a misadventure in exactly the bare-knuckles partisanship the Framers feared. To be sure, no one has the power to prevent willful House leadership from misbehaving this way. But we’re not required to pretend the charade is real.
If the House does impeachment Trump, it moves to the Senate for a trial where a two-thirds supermajority is needed to remove the president. That means 67 Senators out of the 100 would have to vote to remove. The Democrats would need a whopping 22 GOP Senators to vote with them. That traitor Mitt Romney has been stirring up trouble lately hoping to get other moderate GOP Senators to start bad-mouthing the president. Clearly, there are not 22 GOP Senators who would ever vote to remove Trump.
Today, Pelosi and Schiff are the very definitions of rogue politicians stage acting fake impeachment proceedings on live TV like the “Truman Show” except its the audience who are duped into thinking what they see happening is real-life. It’s time we wake up those who are being gaslighted by the Democrats. They should all be pretty angry the Democrats see them as idiots, and they are also all being taken for granted.
