Judge Cites Trump Conspiracy Theory As Evidence, Gives Roger Stone 40 Months

Judge Amy Berman Jackson ordered Roger Stone to serve 40 months in prison on Thursday. Jackson was appointed by Barack Obama, sided with Hillary Clinton against the parents of Benghazi victims, and ruled against the Catholic Church in an Obamacare case. After sentencing Stone, the leftwing judge then cited a debunked Trump conspiracy theory as evidence for the unprecedented sentence. You don’t want to miss this.

Judge Amy Berman Jackson proved we have a two-tiered justice system that seems to prosecute anyone associated with President Donald Trump while those in the deep state get away scot-free.

Jackson’s own political bias which was confirmed by her outrageous statement following Roger Stone’s sentencing. It is enough to convince even skeptics that the justice system is broken.

“He was not prosecuted, as some have claimed, for standing up for the president…He was prosecuted for covering up for the president,” Judge Berman Jackson said inside the courtroom.

Covering up for the president? Covering up what? The leftwing judge was referring to the debunked Russia hoax.

The Federalist’s Sean Davis tweeted: “Mueller’s investigation found there was nothing to cover up for the president, as there was zero evidence of any collusion, but apparently facts don’t matter when the judge is a Russian collusion hoaxer.”

The Mueller anti-Trump attorneys laid a perjury trap for Stone. He was found guilty of “process crimes.”

“Mr. Stone lied,” Judge Jackson added. She also said Stone injected himself “smack” into a political controversy and was not “persecuted.”

“Stone was not charged with any underlying crime of coordinating with Russia during the election though Mueller’s team investigated Stone over tweets claiming to be in touch with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange,” Fox News reports.

“Process crimes” are crimes that occur due to the litigation. Roger Stone committed no crimes when the Mueller team indicted him. It was through their questioning that they tripped him up on certain dates, or names, or times under heavy intense interrogation techniques. This is called a “perjury trap.”

However, we do have deep staters like James Comey and Andrew McCabe who lied directly to Congress and were referred by the Inspector General for prosecution. Their crimes are not “process crimes,” yet they are still walking around free while Stone is going to prison.

President Trump is livid at the Department of Justice and the leftwing media.

They say Roger Stone lied to Congress. @CNN OH, I see, but so did Comey (and he also leaked classified information, for which almost everyone, other than Crooked Hillary Clinton, goes to jail for a long time), and so did Andy McCabe, who also lied to the FBI! FAIRNESS?” Trump tweeted.

Judge Amy Berman Jackson also put off ruling on a new trial for Roger Stone. It was bad optics as the jury forewoman has “issues.”

“Oh, this is sketchy as hell. The notorious activist DC Judge Amy Berman Jackson announced today she will deliver the sentence for Roger Stone on Thursday; however, she will immediately postpone the execution of that sentence until the issues around the request for a new trial are resolved,” Conservative Treehouse reports.

“Judge Amy Berman-Jackson doesn’t want to deal with; and doesn’t want the optics of; the serious issue surrounding the activist jury foreperson, Tomeka Hart, prior to delivering her sentence,” CTH added.

Within the process to deal with Stone’s motion for a new trial, Judge Berman-Jackson knows the petition would involve bringing in jury forewoman Tomeka Hart to her courtroom for questioning. The judge doesn’t want that damaging political optic prior to delivering her sentence. Obviously, such an appearance begs the question of how poorly Judge Berman-Jackson handled jury selection.

Jury Forewoman Tomeka Hart is pictured with Donna Brazile, and she has extensive ties to the DNC. She ran for congress as a Democrat in 2012. After Donald Trump got elected, Hart became unhinged.

Hart was a perpetrator of the grand Russian collusion conspiracy theory, but her delusions didn’t stop there. Her Twitter feed shows dozens of references to Trump, many of them with links to negative stories about the Republican president. In a Twitter post on August 19, 2017, Hart quoted a tweet referring to Trump as the “#KlanPresident,” in an apparent reference to the KKK.

The American people are reaching their limit at what we can take with this two-tiered justice system. It’s time for AG Bill Barr to start prosecuting the deep staters who have been found guilty of crimes.

Enough is enough. President Trump is right to tweet as much as he wants on the total disparity and the lack of justice. All he is doing is pointing out how unfair the system is. If it can happen to Roger Stone, then it can happen to anyone.
