Nadler’s Impeachment Hearing Blows Up, Partisan Attorneys ‘Lie & Distort Truth’

The Jerry Nadler impeachment inquiry hearing this morning was just plain unbearable to watch. There is no doubt the Democrats made a huge mistake by bringing on partisan hack attorneys to lecture Americans on their jaded opinions. In fact, they were caught “lying and distorting the truth” so badly, this will go down as one of the biggest farces ever in the history of Congress. Don’t miss this.

Adam Schiff’s clown show hearings were relatively easy to watch compared to the farce that happened this morning on Capitol Hill. We can’t emphasize enough just how insufferable this Nadler hearing has become.

As we previously reported, Nadler claimed Americans are “too stupid” to understand why Trump must be impeached. So, they bring on three partisan hack attorneys as “witnesses” to school you on impeachment. The only problem is they aren’t schooling Americans on anything. Instead, they are giving their very biased opinions.

This Nadler hearing is totally offensive to We the People.

Why should we listen to the biased opinions of Trump-hating attorneys? All three of them have publicly sought the president’s impeachment for over two years.

The Democrats’ witnesses for today are Law Professors Noah Feldman, Pamela Karlan, and Michael Gerhardt. The Republicans were able to call just one law expert, Law Professor Johnathon Turley, who did not vote for Trump—but at least he is being honest. He sees no valid path to impeach President Trump.

Democrat hack Attorney Noah Feldman has been arguing to impeach Trump “without any evidence” since 2017.

“Harvard Law School Professor Noah Feldman, who claims to specialize in constitutional studies, told The New Yorker in an article published in May 2017 that Congress could vote to impeach the president without evidence justifying a ‘high crime and misdemeanor’ constitutionally required for presidential impeachment and removal,” The Federalist reports.

Feldman testified the framers understood that “the president would be motivated to use the power of his office to keep himself in office and gain financially from it.” Except, President Trump does not take his salary. So much for gaining “financially.”

Democrat hack attorney Pamela Karlan, who screamed wildly during her opening statement that Trump must be impeached, is a big donor to Liz Warren.

Karlan “donated $1000 to the presidential campaign of Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) in July, according to Federal Elections Commission (FEC) data,” Breitbart reports.

Karlan testified, “It’s not a mature Democracy if one party uses its power to go after the other.” Exactly. This is what the Democrats are doing to Trump. They are using their power as the House majority to impeach him for purely political reasons.

Democrat hack attorney Michael Gerhardt claims Trump’s acting like a Monarch. Except in 1999, he said impeachment should always be bipartisan.

Gerhardt testified, “If Congress fails to impeach here, then the impeachment process has lost all meaning, and, along with that, our Constitution’s carefully crafted safeguards against the establishment of a king on American soil.”

However, during Bill Clinton’s impeachment, he said, “[M]embers of Congress should agree, at the very least, to have bipartisan support before authorizing congressional subpoenas or impeachment investigations.”

In a court of law, a witness is considered impeached when it can be proved they have an extreme bias or have contradicted their testimony in the past.

All three of these Democrat attorneys are therefore impeached.

Only Attorney Jonathon Turley testified without bias. Turley says this impeachment would rival [Andrew] Johnson’s impeachment as the shortest in history. He says this would be the first impeachment in history without the establishment of evidence of a commission of a crime.

Turley says we are living in the very period described by Alexander Hamilton (“agitated passions”) and everyone is mad. He says this is wrong because “this is not how you impeach an American president.” This type of impeachment will create a dangerous precedent that will haunt future presidents.

“Jonathan Turley, not a Trump supporter, looks at Democrats and delivers one of the most powerful quotes of the hearing so far: ‘If you make a high crime and misdemeanor out of going to the courts, it is an abuse of power. It’s YOUR abuse of power,'” tweeted Rep. Mark Meadows.

This hearing will go down as one of the most offensive farces ever in the history of Congress.

When we consider everything Barack Obama did as president that was totally an abuse of his presidential power, an abuse of his “Executive Privilege,” yet we did not take the extreme step to impeach him, it puts this massive waste of time and money into perspective.

We bet most Americans turned off this clown show within the first ten minutes. It is truly hard to follow even for those of us who are plugged into politics 24/7. Americans don’t take kindly to the elites lecturing us as if we are too stupid to understand impeachment. We understand all too well that the Democrats are trying another coup d’etat, and they are doing it on live TV.
