Jerry Nadler, Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, is in hot water after it was discovered his lead counsel asking questions during today’s impeachment inquiry hearing is linked to George Soros. In fact, Attorney Norm Eisen has a long history of dubious connections and Trump-hating behavior. Well, poor Eisen got a big reality check you don’t want to miss.
Norm Eisen, the counsel chosen by Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee to question their hack witnesses Wednesday at its first impeachment inquiry, founded an organization funded in part by billionaire left-wing financier George Soros.
Eisen founded Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) before going on to work for President Barack Obama as the White House “ethics czar,” where he oversaw the opening of visitor logs (though administration officials simply responded by taking meetings with lobbyists offsite).
He was later appointed as U.S. Ambassador to the Czech Republic and returned to take up a post at the liberal Brookings Institution. He was also a CNN political commentator until this year and appeared on television frequently to attack the Trump administration.
Open Society Institute was an early funder of CREW, which quickly developed a reputation for left-wing bias. As recently as 2017, the Washington Times noted, Soros’s Open Society Foundations “donated $1.35 million in 2017.”
Eisen is also a big contributor to the Lawfare Group, which was at the epicenter of helping Christine Blasely Ford and presumably wrote the Ukraine whistleblower’s official complaint. In fact, Eisen is one of the masterminds, starting right after the Democrats won the midterms in 2018, who was hired by Nancy Pelosi to re-write the House rules on impeachment.
So, we all remember Adam Schiff’s ridiculous one-sided totally biased hearings. Well, you can thank Norm Eisen for that. He made sure President Donald Trump and the GOP had no power to call witnesses and had no power to have legal representation.
Eisen bought into the “Russia collusion” hoax, co-authoring a New York Times op-ed in December 2018 in which he referred to “new evidence of collusion with Russia” in the investigation of former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen.
“Special Counsel Robert Mueller ultimately found no such evidence of collusion after two years of investigating — though Eisen also referred to Michael Cohen in his questioning of witnesses on Wednesday, suggesting that Trump might have committed an impeachable offense by considering a pardon for Cohen and for others accused of wrongdoing,” Breitbart reports.
During the hearing today, Eisen made sure to shut down the truth.
“Note how @NormEisen cut off Jonathan Turley before he could explain his point. He’s just a former Obama administration official and CNN pundit whose liberal ‘ethics’ organization was funded by George Soros. This is a show trial. #impeachmenthearing,” tweeted Joel Pollock, Breitbart’s Editor in Chief.

Americans gave Eisen a reality check after he was exposed as a Soros hack.
“What a freaking coincidence… Not! Did you also notice that [Eisen] only questions and talks to the three far left-leaning professors and ask them about their legal opinions, yet failed to do the same with Professor Turley! I guess you only get to speak if you agree with the Democrats!” tweeted Brenda Stinson.

“If you’re watching this circus, you know the reason why congress has an approval rating of less than 20%. You also might consider why Americans have a negative view of the law profession,” tweeted Joe Chaput in response to Eisen’s Soros connection.

Conservative political analysts have reported that Norm Eisen and the Lawfare Group are the brain trust who have been behind the push to impeach President Trump from day one.
This is why Nancy Pelosi hired many of those Lawfare attorneys to be the Democrats counsel of record ever since they won back the House. Immediately, Eisen and his cohorts went to work changing the House rules on impeachment.
They are the part of the same deep state swamp that was working with James Comey’s FBI and John Brennan’s CIA cabal. Norm Eisen will go down in history as a swamp dweller who tried to overthrow a duly elected president. A traitor to our great nation and no amount of spin can help him now. Eisen was one of those deep state rats hiding in the dark doing his dirty work, and now he has been exposed to the sunlight of truth.
