With 79 percent of Trump voters believing “the election was stolen through illegal voting and fraud,” this type of distrust is unprecedented in a presidential election in America. This could be why Tucker Carlson changed his tune on his Monday night’s show.
Politico conducted its 2020 Voter Priorities Survey and results show that a vast majority of Trump voters believe the election results are not valid and that illegal voting and fraud took place during the election. Twenty-one percent of Trump voters believe the results are valid and 79 percent believe the election was stolen.
Nearly two-thirds of Trump Voters don’t accept the result. This level of distrust in election results is unprecedented.
According to a November 11 survey from Just the News Daily and independent pollster Scott Rasmussen, less than half of the American people believe Joe Biden won the presidential election.
When you have almost half of the American voters believing Biden did not win, this begs the question of how can he assume authority? This is what a Constitutional crisis looks like.
These polls must have woken up Tucker Carlson from his slumber of touting there is no indication of voter fraud. The Fox newsman opened up his Monday night show by discussing electronic voting.
“You’ve heard a lot over the last few days about our electronic voting machines,” Carlson said. “And this is a real issue no matter who raises it or who tries to dismiss it out of hand as a conspiracy theory. Electronic voting is not as secure as traditional hand-counting, period.”
“They don’t use electronic voting machines in other countries because they know it undermines confidence in democracy,” Carlson said. “A system cannot function if no one trusts the vote.”
“The 2020 presidential election was not fair,” Carlson claimed. “No honest person would claim that it was fair. On many levels, the system was rigged against one candidate and in favor of another.”

This election is like none other. A democracy is only as good as the public’s confidence in the voting process. You cannot govern if almost half of the voters believe the election process was rigged or stolen.
So, how do you remedy this situation? How do you regain the public’s confidence?
You do what President Donald Trump is doing. You contest the results and do investigations. You don’t pretend nothing is wrong like the Biden campaign and start to set up a cabinet.
These polls must scare the hell out of the Democrats. They are starting to realize they have a huge problem with many Americans who are refusing to accept the initial results of the election.
