The Michigan Congresswoman became infamous when she was caught screaming, “Impeach the mother-f*cker,” when she won the 2018 midterm election. Well, poor Rashida just got a rude awakening, and now the writing is on the wall that she is on her way out. You’ll love this.
Rashida Tlaib’s problems all started with a tweet on September 26, 2019: “Lean in with me to hold this lawless President accountable. Together, we will fight back and protect our democracy. Our country depends on it! …and yes you can even wear what you feel.”
That tweet came with Tlaib’s signature t-shirt which says “Impeach the MF” in various colors and a link to donate to her campaign. She was selling them for $29.00 each.

That’s when all hell broke loose and Rashida didn’t know what hit her.
First, it harkened back to Tlaib’s filthy-mouthed comment. “People love you and you win and when your son looks at you and says, ‘Mama look, you won. Bullies don’t win’ and I said, Baby, they don’t, because we’re gonna go in there and we’re going to impeach the motherf*cker,” Tlaib said.

Social media posts popped up re-living the moment, and it offended and angered Americans all over again. Secondly, the Muslim Congresswoman’s backers in the Michigan press turned on her. The Detriot News and the Detriot Free Press ran articles giving Tlaib the thumbs down on the t-shirt sales.
“Tlaib took a ton of heat for that [impeach the MF] outburst. She actually apologized for the ‘distraction’ it caused. But months later, she’s doubling down on that distraction — and charging $29 to boot,” the Detriot Free Press reports. “Yes, I know angry people are tired of being told that civility is important. Just as children get tired of being told to go to sleep. That doesn’t mean the message is wrong.”
Then, poor Rashida got a double whammy by Americans across the country.

You get the picture. In fact, there was so much backlash hitting Rashida on social media she was frantic. Americans really came out in mass force tearing her up. It got so bad the Michigan Congresswoman decided to try and explain herself to her many critics.
“Impeachment is serious – I know this. But it is a mistake to try to equate t-shirts with the destruction of our democracy or try to paint those who’ve risked our safety calling for it, as not taking it seriously,” wrote Tlaib. “If there is anyone who takes impeachment seriously it is myself & the people I fight for everyday. Whether or not you agree with the expression, the t-shirts are to bring levity to my supporters. A senior in my district said, ‘It feels liberating.'”
Wow, that’s supposed to be Rashida explaining her lack of judgment?
Only one leftist media outlet backed up Rasiha continuing the t-shirt sales and that was The Root in an article titled: “Rep. Rashida Tlaib Stands by Sale of ‘Impeach the MF’ T-Shirts.” They claimed, “The Democratic Socialists of America squad member must be a prophet,” because she called for Trump’s impeachment.
Well, Tlaib started calling for Trump’s impeachment only 18 months after ole Maxine Waters started screaming “Impeach 45,” and we sure wouldn’t call Mad Maxine a prophet of anything at all.
Right away, Americans lit up Rashida’s Twitter feed following her so-called explanation.

“Ok I agree with you on a lot, but those t-shirts are done in poor taste…even for someone like me! That energy could be redirected to something more constructive,” tweeted “LouisAfterAll.” Even her supporters are dogging the Congresswoman.

Another swing voter tweeted: “The people are tired of this. Forget about this and get to work on infrastructure, immigration, healthcare and other things that improve the lives of the American people. Impeaching Trump is not going to do anything for us. Get over it and get to work!!!!” posted “The Way.”

Another Democrat tweeted: “No one is denying the importance of meaning of the message. But it is a negative concept & a dog-whistle call to the angry mob, & it was designed & executed poorly. You’re asking too much for us to buy into the slogan or pay for it at $29 a shirt. Do better,” posted Micheal Harpman.

This is exactly why the Democrats are going to lose the 2020 election. It’s not only Trump supporters who are angry with the likes of Rashida Tlaib and the prospect of impeachment, but it is also mainstream Democrats and swing voters who are getting sick and tired of Nancy Pelosi and the squad wasting our time and money on it.
Rashida got a rude awakening, however, the Muslim Congresswoman lacks any humility.
Lacking humility is why these Democrats are overplaying impeachment. Instead of learning her lesson and listening to her own supporters, Rashida Tlaib refuses to back down. It’s her way or the highway, and that’s why poor Rashida will be sent on that lonely losers highway straight back to Michigan on Election Night 2020.
