In fact, the Chairman of the Intel Committee got caught trying to dupe the American people with that conversation during a hearing on Capitol Hill. Well, immediately he was forced to admit he lied on live TV. You’ll love this.
Chairman Adam Schiff is holding so-called hearings on the whistleblower complaint today on Capitol Hill. Right off the bat, Schiff started the hearing by fabricating evidence. He claimed to read a transcript of President Donald Trump’s words to the Ukrainian president.
However, Shifty Schiff poorly paraphrased Trump’s words and fabricated what he wanted the president to say.
“Schiff claimed he was reading ‘the essence’ of the president’s words to the committee’s witness, Acting Director of National Intelligence, Joseph Maguire,” Daily Caller reported. Schiff was grandstanding hoping to dupe the American people.
“This is the essence of what the president communicates,” Schiff said. “We’ve been very good to your country, very good, no other country has done as much as we have, but you know what, I don’t see much reciprocity here. I hear what you want. I have a favor I want from you, though. And I’m going to say this only seven times, so you better listen good.”
Shifty Schiff on Wednesday compared Trump’s words to Volodymyr Zelensky as akin to a “Mafia-like shakedown,” which most people found to be utterly ridiculous.
Schiff continued, making it up as he went along: “I want you to make up dirt on my political opponent, understand, lots of it, on this and on that. I’m going to put you in touch with people, not just any people, I’m going to put you in touch with the attorney general of the United States, my attorney general Bill Barr. He’s got the whole weight of the American law enforcement behind him.”
Then, after a GOP Congressman called him out, Schiff had to admit it was “wrong” and a “parody.”
In essence, he lied to the American people.
“Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff (CA) admits that his blatant fabrication of quotes from Trump’s Ukraine call was ‘wrong’ after he got called out. Schiff claims it was a ‘parody.’ Impeachment is a politically polarizing event and Schiff thinks it’s just a big joke. Absolutely unreal,” tweeted Ryan Saavedra adding the video clip of Schiff admitting his dirty deed.

But that’s not all. It has come to light that the whistleblower was just a partisan hack who never had any firsthand knowledge of the phone call.
“The source said that it is made clear in the complaint itself that the whistleblower did not have direct knowledge of the July phone call between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky,” Fox News reports.
However, more alarming is the Inspector General who somehow was sought out by the whistleblower and his Democrat handlers. Michael K Atkinson is the official who accepted the ridiculous premise of a hearsay “whistle-blower” complaint; an intelligence whistleblower who was “blowing-the-whistle” based on second-hand information of a phone call without any direct personal knowledge, ie “hearsay.”
Well, his opinion was the whistleblower complaint was “urgent” and “credible.” However, his opinion has been reviewed by the Justice Department, and they find that IG Atkinson is full of crap.
“The question is whether such a complaint falls within the statutory definition of ‘urgent concern’ that the law requires the DNI to forward to the intelligence committees. We conclude that it does not. The alleged misconduct is not an ‘urgent concern’ within the meaning of the statute because it does not concern ‘the funding, administration, or operation of an intelligence activity’ under the authority of the DNI,” reads the Justice Department official opinion.
Come to find out, IG Michael Atkinson is badly compromised.
“Michael Atkinson was the lawyer for the same DOJ-NSD players who: (1) lied to the FISA court (Judge Rosemary Collyer) about the 80% non compliant NSA database abuse using FBI contractors; (2) filed the FISA application against Carter Page; and (3) used FARA violations as tools for political surveillance and political targeting,” Conservative Treehouse reports.
The Democrats gambled and lost, once again. Rep. Devin Nunes said during the hearing today that if Schiff and his cohorts are so hot to impeach the president then they need to take a vote on the House floor. Nunes knows all this is just political theater by Speaker Nancy Pelosi to hopefully sway the Democrats who are not on board with impeachment to change their minds.
The Democrats don’t have the votes to start impeachment hearings.
So far, all they have accomplished is to call for an “impeachment inquiry.” Many Democrats are reluctant to vote for impeachment knowing come election time their constituents will vote them out. Only 37% of all Americans are in favor of impeachment. So, we have to suffer through these bogus charges against our president, and he has to fight them tooth and nail as they continue to lie and fabricate scandals that have zero credibility.
