Adam Schiff is proving the closed-door hearings he is holding on Capitol Hill are the farthest thing from real impeachment hearings. Thanks to Rep. Matt Gaetz, who showed up as a member of Congress to observe what the Democrats claim are run of the mill impeachment proceedings, Shifty Schiff acted like a dictator and threw him out.
That only happens in Communist countries where they employ “kangaroo courts” to punish their enemies.
“If Adam Schiff and House Democrats felt good about the facts in their case, they would want everyone to see them,” said Gaetz. “But because this is a Kangaroo Court impeachment, there is no method of concealment or misrepresentation they will not deploy – from lying about contact with the whistleblower to reading a fake transcript, to refusing to release transcripts, to even barring members of Congress from official proceedings. Sad!”
According to Daily Caller, “Schiff told Gaetz he could not be in the deposition room, according to two sources familiar with the matter. Gaetz later told reporters that he was officially asked to leave after consulting with the House Parliamentarian, and referred to the impeachment inquiry against the president as a ‘sham process.'”

Why was Schiff so adamant Gaetz not observe his witness on the stand?
Fiona Hill, who was President Donald Trump’s top aide on Russia, was reported to be taking the stand today. Hill, described as a staunch anti-Russia hawk, was not viewed as a Trump loyalist. She worked with former British spy Christopher Steele, the author of the infamous, largely discredited anti-Trump dossier that detailed the president’s alleged ties to Russia.
In fact, Hill hails from the Brookings Institute which has notorious ties to the Lawfare group. The Lawfare group are the same attorneys who are behind James Comey’s leaks and who are behind writing the whistleblower’s Ukraine complaint. They are also ground zero for Christine Blasely-Ford’s allegations against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
In essence, the Brookings Institute and the Lawfare group are described as the epitome of the swamp dwellers Trump has targeted. Gaetz told the press that Schiff had asked him to leave because only the Intelligence, Oversight and Reform, and Foreign Affairs committees, who are leading the impeachment inquiry, had the right to be there.
This is really absurd since impeachment proceedings are always handled by the House Judiciary Committee. Gaetz explained why he felt he had a right to be there: “Judiciary Chairman @JerryNadler claimed to have begun the impeachment inquiry weeks ago. Now, his own Judiciary members aren’t even allowed to participate in it. And yes – my constituents want me actively involved in stopping the #KangarooCourtCoup run by Shifty Schiff.”

There is more proof it’s a kangaroo court. Schiff isn’t issuing real subpoenas.
“The ‘impeachment’ subpoenas’ are not technically subpoenas because the basis for the requests, impeachment inquiry, is not within the jurisdiction of the three committees. So the committees are sending out demand letters, calling them subpoenas (media complies with the narrative), and hoping the electorate do not catch on to the scheme,” Conservative Treehouse reports.
The House Democrats will keep doing this until someone in the media begins to hit them with hard questions that expose the nonsense.
Democrat supporters on social media are all parroting Schiff’s line that Gaetz isn’t on his committee or any of the committees who are investigating Trump impeachment. They also believe the “demand letters” Schiff and the Democrats are issuing are real subpoenas.
Instead of doing a little research to find out why only partisan hacks are showing up to be witnesses, or why the whistleblower is refusing to testify, these Democrat supporters are completely duped. Gaetz’s response proves what a farce this is, and the Schiff supporters defend the secrecy.
You’d think they would question why all of America can’t see the proceedings.
However, they are not. Democrat supporter Neil Pessall says: “The testimony will be released when it’s all been recorded – without Gaslighting from Trump and his republican sycophants. Democrats want the truth – without wasting time rebutting garbage diseminated [sic] by people like Gaetz.”

We can’t make this stuff up. Can you imagine the GOP attempting to impeach their chosen One, Barack Hussien Obama, by foregoing any House vote and holding hearings in closed session with their partisan witnesses while the Democrats have no rights or power?
Then, telling Americans to just get their news from the same GOP hacks who have their best interest at heart? After explaining that to one Democrat supporter, they said: “Interesting… but does that actually change the fact Trump needs to be impeached?”
And the media claims Trump supporters are the dimwitted ones.

Despite the partisan polls, more than half of Americans remain against impeachment, and people are growing weary of the Democrat clown show. Furthermore, only 37 percent think Trump’s presidency should be decided by impeachment, 58 percent say “at the ballot box.”
The truth is impeachment was written into the Constitution as a “last resort.”
Impeachment is a very serious matter, and every American has a vested interest in the proceedings. It should only be employed as a last resort to undo the will of the American people. With the election only 13 months away, there is no real need to be conducting this farce and dividing the country even more, to what will be proven in the end as another partisan witch hunt.
