“Where’s Adam Schiff?” That’s the big question at today’s impeachment hearing after the Chairman of the House Intel Committee failed to show up. Today’s bogus hearing is all about Schiff’s report, yet he is refusing to show up and answer questions about it. Well, poor Schiff and the Democrats just got utterly destroyed as this morning hearing went all wrong. You’ll love this.
House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) failed to show up at the presentation of his own committee’s impeachment report at the House Judiciary Committee on Monday.
“The star witness failed to show up!” exclaimed Ranking Member Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA).
Schiff’s 300-page report, released last Tuesday afternoon, is the only “evidence” to be presented in the impeachment inquiry.
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi instructed Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler last Thursday to begin drafting articles of impeachment on that basis. However, when Nadler was asked if he was doing just that, he lied.
CNN’s Dana Bash asked Nadler yesterday, “Is it possible that you are going to vote on articles of impeachment this coming week?”
Nadler replied, “It is possible. I don’t know.”
He added, “My goal is to do this as expeditiously and fairly as possible, depending on how long it takes.”
When Congressmen or others write Congressional reports like Special Counsel Robert Mueller, the typical outcome is a hearing where the author shows up to answer questions. So, why is Schiff refusing to show up to answer questions about his impeachment report?F
Because if Shifty Schiff gets sworn in, he must answer all questions including when did he first speak to the bogus whistleblower.
GOP Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy tweeted: “Chairman Adam Schiff prided himself on being the special prosecutor in this sham impeachment. But special prosecutors testify before Congress. Mueller did. Starr did. Where’s Adam Schiff?”

You see the big problem. Heaven forbid Schiff testifies and we find out the truth.
Rep. Jim Jordan tweeted during the hearing: “We don’t get to hear from @RepAdamSchiff today. Under Nadler’s rules, 4 hours of today’s impeachment hearing will be staff asking staff questions. Dems want to use unelected staff to remove a duly-elected President, none of whom are directly accountable to the people.”

This brings us to just how screwed up today’s impeachment hearing really is and why it should immediately get shut down.
First, the Democrats dumped on the GOP over 8,000 pages of testimony and other documents relating to impeachment only 48 hours ago. This gives the GOP no time to go over the documents. As one GOP Congressman pointed out this morning, “If we were in a court of law, the Democrats would be sanctioned and this hearing would not go forward.”
Then, Barry Berke, the anti-Trump counsel for House Democrats at Monday’s impeachment hearing, was not “sworn in” by Nalder. GOP Rep. Andy Biggs told Nadler he was “out of order” for refusing to swear him in as the Chairman identified him as a “witness.”
Berke was given carte blanc during the hearing to smear the president as if what he was saying were “facts.”
Breitbart’s Joel Pollack, who is an attorney, points out: “The argument just now about why the two counsels were not sworn in *before* their opening statements is important because Berke, especially, made several ‘factual’ assertions that were not correct (and could even be described as misleading).”

But that’s not all Berke did. He also played a bogus recording of Trump.
“Barry Berke, the counsel for House Democrats at Monday’s impeachment hearing at the House Judiciary Committee, played the same deceptively-edited video clip of President Donald Trump that Democrats had used in last week’s hearing of legal experts,” Breitbart reports.
Berke played a clip of the president saying, “Article II, where I have the right to do whatever I want as president.”
He did not play the full context — or even the full sentence.
As Breitbart noted last Friday, the clip was taken from a speech by the president on July 23 to a Turning Point USA youth group conference in Washington, DC.
The president was specifically discussing his power under Article II to fire Special Counsel Robert Mueller — which he had not done — just as he had discussed that power in a June interview on ABC News in similar terms.
Mueller was due to testify in Congress the day after the Turning Point USA conference, and that is the full context. Instead, Berke is misleading Americans. Remember, Nadler refused to swear the anti-Trump attorney in which allowed Berke to lie with impunity.
The Democrats other “presenter” for today, attorney Daniel Goldman, also got caught in a huge lie.
Goldman was one Robert Mueller’s henchmen, and today he lied claiming President Donald Trump did not care about corruption in general in Ukraine — only with regard to Joe Biden, a political rival.
Goldman cited the fact that Trump did not bring up corruption on his congratulatory phone call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in April, and only mentioned Biden on his second phone call to Zelensky in July.
However, Shifty Schiff held onto the testimony of one key witness, State Department official Catherine Croft. Schiff refused to release her testimony until after his hearings were over so they wouldn’t get any press.
Croft told the Intelligence Committee in testimony behind closed doors that Trump had lectured former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko about corruption in 2017 — in front of his entire delegation — before agreeing to lift a hold on U.S. military aid:
Croft: The President was skeptical of providing weapons to Ukraine.
Croft: When this was discussed, including in front of the Ukrainian delegation, in fnont of President Poroshenko, he described his concerns being that Ukraine was corrupt, that it was capable of being a very rich country, and that the United States shouldn’t pay for it, but instead, we should be providing aid through loans.
“Here’s the key piece of ‘secret’ testimony from Catherine Croft that Democrats didn’t want the public to see — proving that President @realDonaldTrump brought up corruption in Ukraine, long before the Bidens’ role in it became an issue,” tweeted Joel Pollock, Editor in Chief at Breitbart.

Today’s hearing is just another stunt put on by the Democrats featuring Trump-hating attorneys who are lying through their teeth.
Adam Schiff is the guy who should be in the hot seat. He is the one who should be explaining his report. The GOP should have a right to question him. Instead, the Democrats under Jerry Nadler are holding one big lie-fest and playing deceptive recordings. Can it get any more corrupt than this?
Americans have a right to the truth. That’s why it is so important we share this information. Make sure all your family and friends know exactly what is going on. By doing so we ensure this charade goes down as the most corrupt impeachment process ever seen in the history of the United States of America.
