Swalwell Utterly Destroyed For Saying Trump ‘Acting Like a Very Guilty Person’

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) is claiming President Donald Trump is “acting like a very guilty person,” referring to the president’s scathing letter to Nancy Pelosi. “It’s a tantrum. Mr. President, we don’t need your childish, whiny letter. Don’t send us that,” he said. Swalwell didn’t like Trump pointing out it’s the Democrats who are guilty of abusing power. Well, poor Eric also got utterly destroyed by fed-up Americans over his remarks against the president. You’ll love this.

Appearing Tuesday on CNN, Rep. Eric Swalwell said President Donald Trump is not acting like an innocent man by rejecting calls for administration officials to testify in the House Democrats’ partisan impeachment inquiry.

These Democrats just keep digging themselves in deeper:

A transcript is as follows:

WOLF BLITZER: Let’s begin with this extraordinary letter from President Trump to Speaker Nancy Pelosi. He says Democrats are the ones actually interfering in the election. He accuses Nancy Pelosi, in his words, “cheapening impeachment, treating democracy as the enemy” and “lying” when she says she prays for him. What’s your reaction to this truly stunning letter.

REP. ERIC SWALWELL: It’s a tantrum. Mr. President, we don’t need your childish, whiny letter. Don’t send us that. Send us the documents that you have buried and have refused to provide to us. Send us the witnesses, who you continue to block from us hearing. Unless you send those to us, we can only conclude that you’re guilty. Because in America, innocent men do not hide and conceal evidence. In fact Wolf, they do just the opposite. They are forthcoming and they want to cooperate and the president is acting like a very guilty person right now.

Americans utterly destroyed poor Eric on social media, letting him know Trump’s only guilty of keeping his promises.

@ericswalwell You’re too stupid to understand that @POTUS did nothing wrong. Even Ukraine said he did nothing wrong. Get your head out of your ass before you fart on national television again,” tweeted Twitter user “Star Crossed.”

@RepSwalwell ‘president Trump is acting like a very guilty person’ Oooohhhhh OK Eric, guilty by Eric’s idiot thinking,” tweeted “Bohemian59.”

“Eric Swalwell: Trump ‘Acting Like a Very Guilty Person’ No Sweetie, the DNC is ‘Acting like a very guilty person (S) They point fingers in ALL directions to distract from the OWN criminal Behavior,” tweeted Herman Vogel.

“Dems dumb? – not so much. But they hate more than anything and that seems to impair their judgment!” tweeted Raphael Colombo.

“Sure every person taking his rights seriously is guilty of something. ‘I have nukes to deal with revolts’ is this guy’s solution to citizens protests. Complete Police State Tyrant and gun-grabbing psycho is not giving legal advice. Vote him OUT!” tweeted “Not Me!”

“Acting like someone who knows ANYTHING anyone says will be purposely misinterpreted as a excuse to impeach him or as a process trap. Smallswell believes in Guilty till proven innocent,” tweeted Curt Fischer.

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump urged Americans to pray on Wednesday, as Speaker Nancy Pelosi prepared to lead the House of Representatives in a vote to impeach the president.

“Can you believe that I will be impeached today by the Radical Left, Do Nothing Democrats, AND I DID NOTHING WRONG!” Trump wrote on Twitter. “A terrible Thing. Read the Transcripts. This should never happen to another President again. Say a PRAYER!”

Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton responded: “A wild attack on the Republic by the House coup cabal.”

The president is scheduled to leave the White House at around 4:45 p.m. EST and travel to Battle Creek, Michigan for a campaign rally scheduled for 7:00 p.m. You bet that rally will be rocking with Americans there to support him.

Swalwell was upset when President Trump denounced the entire process in a strongly worded letter to Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Tuesday, arguing the processes as “an unprecedented and unconstitutional abuse of power.”

“You are the ones interfering in America’s elections. You are the ones subverting America’s Democracy. You are the ones Obstructing Justice. You are the ones bringing pain and suffering to our Republican for your own selfish personal, political, and partisan gain,” he wrote.

The Democrats complained that the president did not take part in their impeachment sham. Instead, they mislead Americans. Trump’s attorneys filed a lawsuit to let the courts decide if the Democrats’ impeachment was a valid process that could cause him to break Executive Privilege. The Democrats have said it would “take too long” in the courts.

Impeachment was not their only option as you can see. That’s why loudmouths like Swalwell are spewing venom directed at Trump hoping Americans will believe the lies. Well, the majority of Americans polled are against this impeachment so poor Eric and his cohorts have lost, big time.
