The Democrats and their leftist media cohorts have completely lost their minds. President Donald Trump loves to tweet, and he loves to tweet out great memes that sum up something great about America. So, the president sent out an obviously photo-shopped picture of the hero German Shepard, who was injured assisting the Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi raid, getting the medal of honor. Immediately, supposedly serious journalists get burned for launching investigations. You’ll love this.
What happens when President Trump tweets out a cute picture of a German Shepard getting the medal of honor? Leftist journalists start seriously investigating it, then they call for the White House to also get down to the bottom of it.
Voice of America reporter Steve Herman tweeted that he had “requested details” from the White House, noting that there was “no such canine event” on Trump’s schedule, though there was a planned Medal of Honor ceremony set for later in the day. It was a mystery for the ages, indeed.
I've requested details from the @WhiteHouse on this photo.
There was no such canine event on today's @POTUS schedule but there is a Medal of Honor ceremony set here for later today for an active duty Green Beret. https://t.co/NESINT9J4b— Steve Herman (@W7VOA) October 30, 2019
Even the New York Times and a National Security reporter also let Americans know they were looking into this event and then accused President Trump of “sharing fake news.”
“The President is disseminating fake news. The President is sharing fake news about the nation’s highest valor award. The President is sharing fake news replacing the photo of a Medal of Honor recipient with a dog,” tweeted National Security reporter Mieke Eoyang.
Thank God that Mieke Eoyang was on this case and reported the truth.

The New York Times dedicated an entire article on this hard-hitting news story.
“Trump Tweets Faked Photo of Hero Dog Getting a Medal,” reads the Times headline. “The joke photo appeared to use an image from a 2017 Medal of Honor ceremony,” the Times added.
President Trump on Wednesday shared a photograph from 2017 altered to show him placing a medal around the neck of the dog injured in the raid that led to the death of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the Islamic State’s leader.https://t.co/XUWwq0b9Ie

The New York Times decided to try and further stir up trouble for the president, but it backfired big time.
“The image, which bears a watermark for a social media account for the conservative news site The Daily Wire, appeared to be an altered version of a 2017 Associated Press photograph,” the Times reports. “In the original, Mr. Trump is seen awarding a Medal of Honor to James C. McCloughan, a retired Army medic.”
So, the Trump haters writing this piece go ahead and contact retired medic James McCloughan hoping he will be upset.
“In a phone interview on Wednesday, Mr. McCloughan, 73, who had not seen the image before a reporter sent it to him, said that he interpreted it as Mr. Trump recognizing the dog’s heroism. He certainly was not offended and laughed when he compared the two images,” the Times adds.
After all, he said, Medal of Honor recipients accept on behalf of their entire teams, especially those that did not return from battle. And canines have long been part of war efforts.
“This recognizes the dog is part of that team of brave people,” he said.
Mr. McCloughan, who taught high school and coached youth sports after his military service, added that he had worked with a dog in Vietnam who helped detect enemy activity during missions.
“They are very courageous,” he said of military canines.
Even though the New York Times struck out, that didn’t stop CNN’s Jim Acosta.
“A WH official said ‘the dog is not at the WH,'” Acosta tweeted out a little late. Poor Jim didn’t want to be left out of the biggest news story of the day.

Trump supporters immediately started ripping into the leftist losers.
“Do you mean to tell me that the Congressional Medal of Honor is NOT a pawprint?” tweeted Twitter user “Sherry.”

“BREAKING: We have just received this image of a single, very large girl holding up the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which we believe to be on the verge of collapse. More as this story develops,” tweeted “Itukushimi 77.”

This is the type of idiocy that reasonable Americans have to put up with knowing full well these leftist journalists are the ones who are helping the Democrats every day.
The Democrats and their cohorts in the press are seriously deranged when it comes to President Trump. In fact, one could make the argument they are so jaded toward the president they have no business reporting on him in anyway shape or form. We all need to keep this in mind and point it out to anyone who gives credence to anything they write. Their bias meter is totally broken.
