That’s what Golberg said this morning after Nancy Pelosi held a bizarre press conference where she and her cohorts announced two articles of impeachment. “We are celebrating our rights as Americans to say something’s wrong,” Whoopi said as Joy and the rest of the cohosts applauded. Well, that’s when Americans destroyed Whoopi and her crew of Trump-haters. You’ll love this.
Even with social media platforms suppressing conservatives, the hashtag #ImpeachmentBackfire was trending number one all this morning. You’d think Whoopi Goldberg and the producers of The View would check the mood of the country before “celebrating” impeachment on live TV.
Well, ole Whoopi couldn’t contain her excitement.
Right at the beginning of the broadcast this morning, Goldberg launched into a rant claiming Americans are celebrating our rights and the Constitution by impeaching President Trump.
“This is not a funeral,” Goldberg protested. “Listen, you have to go pretty hard to destroy us. You have to do it really hard to destroy this country but there are too many people who fought too hard for too long to let that happen, and that’s why we are celebrating the Constitution. We are celebrating our rights as Americans to say something’s wrong. Whether we —”
Goldberg was briefly interrupted by applause from the audience.
“This is our right. That’s why your dad fought. That’s why your brothers fight. That’s why my father and grandfather fought and my mom and everybody else,” Goldberg continued. “That’s why they fought. They fought for our right to say you can’t do it this way. We have a whole list of stuff that you’re supposed to follow.”
Then, something really strange happened. After a commercial break, Whoopi changed her tune.
We bet the producers told her Americans aren’t “celebrating” a damn thing today — especially the impeachment of a president 63 million Americans cast votes to elect. Americans aren’t joining in on her celebration. So, she was forced to eat her words and claim this isn’t a happy thing.
“So, before we went on the air this morning, House Democrats made it official and laid out the articles of impeachment against you-know-who. No, no, this is not a celebratory moment. This is not a good thing,” Goldberg said making the audience confused.
“When he’s out, then we’ll clap,” Joy Behar cut in, sounding like a fool.
“Maybe you can clap then, but still, this is not — it wasn’t good when it happened to Nixon. It wasn’t good when it happened to Clinton. And this is not good. This is not good,” Goldberg repeated. “But in order to keep our nation on point, we must do the due diligence that the Constitution requires.”

Well, Americans also destroyed Whoopi and her crew of Trump-haters on social media.

As we reported this morning, Nancy Pelosi literally fled after announcing the two articles of impeachment. She even refused to take questions from her beloved media co-conspirators who were rather shocked as she was caught on a hot mic telling the Democrats: “Let’s go! Let’s get outta here!”
That’s how bad this impeachment announcement went. In fact, the Democrats abandoned their initial charges against Trump of bribery and obstruction of justice. In the end, they created fake crimes.
The first article of impeachment they brought was “abuse of power.” They claim Trump was trying to get Ukraine to interfere in the 2020 election when he asked President Zelensky to look into what happened with the Bidens and Burisma. It makes little sense since Trump was really trying to get to the bottom of what happened in the 2016 election and the Biden’s corruption.
The second article of impeachment the Democrats announced is “obstruction of Congress.” In case you are confused, there is no such crime as “obstruction of Congress.”
So, this is what idiots like Whoopi Goldberg are celebrating, one of the darkest hours in our nation’s history as one political party attempts to overthrow the duly elected president. We can all take solace in knowing the truth can never stay hidden, and in the very near future, those like the shrews of The View will have to face just how wrong they all were.
