The Democrats of Lucerne County in Pennsylvania wasted no time in filing a petition demanding Justice Amy Coney Barrett recuse herself from a pending Supreme Court case. This case brought by the GOP is asking the Supreme Court to block the counting of mail-in ballots received three days after the election. Well, attempting to bully Barrett goes all wrong. Don’t miss this.
As we outlined on Tuesday, the Democrats are in a dire situation. Early voting in key battleground states is showing the Democrats struggling with the GOP clocking record turnout. The mainstream pollsters, including 538’s Nate Silver, were exposed by conservative pollsters and experts who are watching these numbers roll in day after day.
One poll that rightly predicted Donald Trump would beat Hillary Clinton in 2016, the USC/Dornsife poll, caused the Democrats to have a meltdown on Tuesday after USC made a prediction based on their “social circle question” methodology.
“Yes, in all five of the elections in which we tested this question, the social circle question predicted election outcomes better than traditional questions about voters’ own intentions,” USC reports. “[I]t’s looking like an Electoral College loss for Biden.”
This USC poll says Biden will win the popular vote by a slim margin, but Trump will win the most electoral votes and get re-elected.
This is why the Democrats are demanding Justice Coney Barrett recuse herself. Waiting for the new Justice on her first day was this motion filed by Democrats in Lucerne County, Pennsylvania.
“Lawyers for a Pennsylvania county filed a petition with the Supreme Court Tuesday asking Barrett to recuse herself from an election-related case,” CNN reports.
The Supreme Court is currently considering a request from Pennsylvania Republicans asking the justices to block a state Supreme Court decision that allowed the counting of ballots received three day after the election, even if there is no legible postmark. Luzerne County — whose lawyers penned the brief — supports the state court decision.
Lawyers acknowledged that their motion “comes at an inopportune time for Justice Barrett, this being her first day as an Associate Justice.”
Pennsylvania Republicans returned to the Supreme Court on Friday night in a second effort to roll back the state’s mail-in ballot extension, just days after the court deadlocked on the issue.
“Republicans’ latest request came less than a week after the Supreme Court left intact Pennsylvania’s mail-ballot extension with a 4-4 deadlock,” The Hill reports.
“The tie vote last week broke largely along ideological lines, with Chief Justice John Roberts joining the court’s three liberals in denying the GOP’s request to halt the state court ruling, while the court’s four most conservative justices indicated they would have granted it,” they add.
The Democrats know ACB is likely to vote with the four other conservative justices which would break the tie in favor of the GOP. The Democrats are also looking forward to having Biden refuse to concede on Election Night and thus pushing the presidential election outcome to the Supreme Court.
Democrats need ACB to recuse herself from all election cases. Their plan is to claim Trump “stole the election.”
Pollster Nate Silver exposed the Democrat playbook which is to claim “Trump stole the election.” Silver knows the GOP is trouncing the Biden campaign in many swing states right now, but he is on board to help out his Democrat buddies, in my opinion.
“If the polls aren’t tightening since the debate—and with 62 million people having voted—we’re sort of getting to the point where the only way Trump can win is with a major polling error, bigger than in 2016 (or if the election is stolen somehow),” Silver tweeted.
Bloomberg contributor Attorney Robert Barnes responded: “This shows how dangerous a fraud @NateSilver538 is. His gatekeeping role pushing bogus narratives around unreliable, biased media polls now has an evident, manifest purpose: to claim a Trump victory is ‘stolen.’ This is why scam artists like Nate pose a danger to democracy.”

Will Amy Coney Barrett recuse herself from election cases?
Not a chance. In her speech after being confirmed in the Rose Garden, Justice Barrett made it clear how she would discharge her duties.
“It is the job of a Senator to pursue her policy preferences. In fact, it would be a dereliction of duty for her to put policy goals aside,” Barrett said. “By contrast, it is the job of a judge to resist her policy preferences. It would be a dereliction of duty for her to give into them. Federal judges don’t stand for election, thus they have no basis for claiming that their preferences reflect those of the people.”
“A judge declares independence, not only from Congress and the President, but also from the private beliefs that might otherwise move her. The Judicial Oath captures the essence of the judicial duty. The rule of law must always control,” ACB said. “My fellow Americans, even though we judges don’t face elections, we still work for you. It is your Constitution that establishes the rule of law and the judicial independence that is so central to it.”
“The oath that I have solemnly taken tonight means at its core that I will do my job without any fear or favor, and that I will do so independently of both the political branches and of my own preferences,” the 48-year-old mother of seven declared.
Justice Barrett is a devout Constitutionalist. She will not base any of her decisions on her own political preferences. That being said, we also know the Constitution is not on the side of the Democrats when it comes to these election cases. This is comforting news for any and all patriots who know the Democratic Party is up to no good in their plans to overthrow the 2020 election.
