The former first lady claimed Barack’s inauguration crowds were a good example of Americans from across the country. Then she trashed President Donald Trump’s inauguration crowd as “not reflective” of America. But that’s not all. She spent an entire hour blasting the president, and immediately she got badly burned. You’ll love this.
Speaking to TV host Gayle King during the 2019 Essence Festival on Saturday at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Michelle Obama exclaimed that husband Barack made the presidency “look too easy,” Fox News reported.
“I guess it’s kind of like if the black guy can do it, anybody can do it — and that’s not true. It’s a hard job,” Michelle told the crowd.
Obama also reminded the audience that she was often portrayed as “an angry black woman who was emasculating her husband.” She added that America is afraid of “the strength of a black woman.”
Indeed, it was Michelle Obama who said that she was never proud of America until her husband became the Democrat nominee.
The 55-year-old Michelle then described her emotions during Trump’s inauguration.
Ms. Obama spoke about how emotional she was during Trump’s inauguration because she had to move her two children out of the only house they had really known before having to listen to “that speech.”
“Then to sort of sit at that inauguration and to look around at a crowd that was not reflective of the country,” Obama said. “It was just such the opposite… During Barack’s inauguration, we made sure that the crowd looked like all of America. Having the Tuskegee airmen, having civil rights folks, having folks who had marched. You could look out at his crowd and you would see America. All of it.”
Obama said she was just “one of a handful of people of color” at the inauguration and “it was a lot emotionally.” However, she is also claiming 63 million Americans who voted for Trump are all racist. That just doesn’t add up.
“And I had to sit in that audience, one of a handful of people of color, and then listen to that speech, and all that I had sort of held on to for eight years, watching my husband get raked over the coals, feeling like we had to do everything perfectly, no scandal, no nothing,” she said. “It was a lot emotionally.”
Obama added that she was exhausted after eight years of thinking she and her husband had to be “better than perfect to even be considered equal.”
“So by the time I got on the plane, it was a release of eight years of having to try to show up, as we all know we have to do, we have to show up not only perfectly but a little bit better than perfect to even be considered equal,” she said. “And it was an exhaustion of eight years of that.”
Well, Americans see right through Michelle’s bias against Trump as she tries to paint him as racist. It’s not working.

Michelle’s playing the race card, that’s for darn sure. Which tells us the Democrats don’t have a real message to defeat Trump. All they have got are these disgusting allegations about the president’s crowd, which are completely unfounded.
Michelle can’t say Barack’s economy was better, or he created more jobs, or he made more progress on foreign affairs. All the former first lady can do is act as a big race-baiter. That didn’t work in 2016, and it’s not going work in 2020. Maybe Michelle should do us all a big favor and just stop. She’s got nothing new to sell, and Americans didn’t buy these sick accusations about Trump the last time around.
